We were needing help deciding on our honeymoon location and Kristen was able to answer every question! We gave her a price limit, what we wanted to do/see, what we wanted our experience to be like..etc and she gave us a list of places to choose from! :)
Then she booked it all from flights, transportation to and from resort, travel insurance, and resort!
We ended up going to Riviera Maya Mexico to The Royalton! It was amazing and definitely an unforgettable trip! :)

She is great at communicating by email, and really goes way above and beyond to help make sure your trip is perfect! I had never used a travel agent and didn't really know what the benefit was to having one. I didn't even realize that they don't charge you to help you! So when a friend told me about Kristen and that she would help me plan any type of trip I wanted and get me the same or better deal I could get myself without having the stress of knowing what to choose etc. I was all over it!
She was very knowledgable and gave me advice on almost every part of planning our cruise and land excursions (I had no idea what these were either). She knew which part of the boat we should book our room on, which boats had which amenities (who knew they were different??? I didn't!) etc.
Check them out. We will be using them for all of our future vacations/getaways.
