I just returned from an AMA Waterways cruise, aboard the AmaSiena ship which left Amsterdam and sailed to Basil. From March 14 -21, 2024 I was in a different world, sailing through a storybook countryside. My trip was put together by Kathleen Peters, a wonderful Cruise Planner, she has great experience and advised and guided me on planning a great trip! Our Alaska cruise with Princess absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had an exceptional time both on the ship and in port. The service, the food, our stateroom, and the excursions were all phenomenal. We also did a land tour after the cruise, and really wished that we could tack on another week of cruising at the end. Loved every minute!
Kathleen was incredibly helpful with our ever-changing plans (we had an office cruise). She was so patient and kept following up on changes for our cruise. She saved us money when the cost went down and assisted us in making sure we had a great experience and everyone in the team was so happy when we finally got to cruise. I am writing this now even though we traveled at the end of last year because I just realized I hadn't left a review and I was thinking about Kathleen for our next cruise!
