My mom and I planned our vacation to St. Lucia’s BodyHoliday resort through Dody and it was a total success. I normally plan/book everything individually- flights, transports, hotel, travelers insurance! This seemed like too much to try to coordinate, especially with airlines being so unreliable and pricey these days. Dody was able to find the best all inclusive deal for the specific resort we wanted and coordinated flights from Rochester to JFK to St. Lucia, also pairing us with a very reliable and responsive transport company on the island. I was so relieved that all of the more difficult aspects were taken care of so we could actually be excited about the trip rather than stressed. Also, due to airline delays and issues, I was in contact with her on our return day (which was Labor Day!!!) and she responded almost instantly and followed up the next day! I am definitely going to plan more trips with her again!

Dody was great...the cruise and land tour portion...not so great
Dody was extremely proactive, thoughtful and professional. She provided great insight and learned exactly what our preferences were so she could act on our behalf. She was available each time we reached out to her and various times day or evening. We our plans needed an adjustment she responded immediately and acted very quickly to just us set up. I will be working with Dody on future travel and would highly recommend her to any potential people thinking about traveling.
We are so happy that we had Dody to help us plan our cruise! It can be overwhelming with so many cruises to choose from, but she was able to quickly narrow down the options to a few that met all of our needs. Once we made our decision, Dody handled all of the details from there! We had nothing to do but pack our bags! Our cruise on Royal Caribbean's Anthem of The Seas was amazing! We look forward to working with Dody again soon!

Dody has been booking our vacations for us since 2007. She books our annual family vacations, couples' vacations, and quick weekend getaways. She makes traveling even more fun for us because she is so knowledgeable, friendly and makes everything so easy for us. She always goes above & beyond to make sure we have the best experiences ever but she really outdid herself when COVID hit and we were scheduled to leave the country just a few weeks later. She is the absolute best and I find myself recommending her to family & friends all of the time.

Dody helped us plan our 9 day Mediterranean cruise, working with us from February to our departure date at the end of September. Dody always took more than enough time necessary to answer all our questions and to suggest various points of interest from her cruising experience. Dody had all our cruise embarkation information,luggage tags, ship and shore activities along with insurance and flight information ready and organized for us as we were in Italy 2 weeks before ours cruise date. Having never used a travel agent before we cannot express how helpful and reassuring Dody was for this once in a life time cruise!!! Thank you Dody for taking such good care of us.
Kelly and I have cruised a number of times and we have to say that this was, from start to finish, the best experienced we have had cruising. My Cruise Planner, Dody Paul, picked an excellent cruise for us. The 7 day Western Caribbean trip aboard the Norwegian Dawn was perfect from beginning to end. She even ordered us the great weather! The service, entertainment and the food was unsurpassed in quality. Days on shore kept us busy and nights back on the ship were filled with entertainment that was Vegas quality. My first time cruiser adult children have fallen in love with the experience Norwegian provided. Our before and after cruise stays in New Orleans just added to the fun.
