We experienced a 14 day cruise beginning in Buenos Aires, stopping along the coast of Argentina, also the Falkland Islands, we attempted Cape Horn but the ship had to change course to avoid damage from high seas, Ushuaia, and then up the coast of Chile ending in San Antonio with flights out of Santiago. Alicia did a wonderful job of getting us the cabin we wanted, the flights ( through many iterations) and also our shipboard credits and other amenities. I highly recommend getting in touch with Alicia.

We just returned from a 12 day driving trip through southern Ireland, and it was great! We travel all over the world but this is the first time I have used a travel agent - and I was sooooo glad! Alicia made it so easy. We told her where we wanted to go - Ashford Castle, Dublin, Waterford, etc - types of places to visit and stay in - castles, abbeys - and 3 days later it was done! She even arranged rental car, airport transfers, and all travel documents presented in a handy carrying folder.
My husband said that from now on Alicia does all our future travel arrangements!!!!
