What a great way to see a lot of a wonderful country in a short amount of time! We loved Edinburgh and could have stayed a week there if we had the time! The pace was quick, we stayed in nice hotels, tour guides and drivers were very knowledgeable, always where they said they'd be, gave us complete instructions, and kept us on schedule! Thanks so much for planning this for us, Barb! I think some of us will go back and explore even more of Scotland...

Our Avalon river cruise was just wonderful! The ships crew were so good, several of them had been in their jobs for just two weeks and were so young! Exceptional service. We spent an extra day and night in Bordeaux due to the extreme high tides, apparently some folks complained but we both loved it! Bordeaux is everything I’d hoped it would be and more. We spent several hours and miles just wandering the back streets, finding boulangeries, yarn shops, fun places to sit for a coffee or spritz. Weather was perfect too!We took an Avalon e-bike tour through the chateau Margot Vineyards and it was so fun! And that market….so beautiful and the fruit and veggies were so fresh. The ship’s chef picked up white asparagus which he prepared for us that night! Looking forward to taking the Ama cruise you planned for us next month! Thanks Barb.

Trip of a lifetime through Western Canada. Expertly planned and executed itinerary including first class travel accommodations, transfers, and thorough communication well in advance of, immediately prior to, and during travel. No detail was overlooked. Everyday we experienced stunning vistas and iconic venues with the right balance of group activities and free time to explore. The two-day train trip (Rocky Mountaineer) with spectacular mountain scenery and gourmet meal service was the unforgettable highlight of this most memorable adventure. These two ladies (Tina and Barb) are the BEST travel agents. I generally always booked our own travel ~ even complicated multi-city land/air/sea itineraries. It was a LOT of work and headaches. Then I found these two awesome sisters. They truly know their stuff, and they’ll take wonderful care of you. If you are needing a travel agent (especially for cruises as they are the absolute best experts around)…or maybe an all-inclusive somewhere, these ladies deliver! It was my fiancé's first cruise and I had not been on one for years. Barb came highly recommended by family members and now I know why. These highlights don’t even begin to describe our 9 days, 1,049 miles along the California coast. Our honeymoon was so amazingly memorable and a great way to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary together! We experienced numerous breathtaking and monumental sites, took in the great weather, heard so many different languages and accents, climbed (maaaaaaan did we climb!) many hills and mountains, ate 3 meals a day together, walked a lot site seeing (pretty sure I gained some muscle), met some pretty cool people, really got to relax and enjoy each other & God’s beautiful creations!

This was our second trip planned with Barb & Tina and we were NOT disappointed. The first was a Rhine River Cruise and this was our Honeymoon (a land and sea combo). Tina planned our amazing cruisetour in Alaska. She was meticulous on every detail of the trip. I have never worked with a travel agent that took care of every detail and made sure that everything worked out to the best of her ability. We planned this trip about one year ago. She was involved in every area of the planning. She helped us pick the cruise/tour from cruise line to type of tour to the type of excursions to fit our personality. We were kept up to date on all changes. She was so organized. I loved my packet when I received it shortly before our trip. I didn't have to keep my normal folder for trips, because EVERYTHING we needed to know was in our folder. I thank her so much for all her hard work. We are now working on our next trip with her.

I have had the privilege of traveling to ~25 countries and several continents for military, personal, and business purposes. Alaska has always been on my bucket list, and when I remarried this year I decided to make Alaska our honeymoon destination. I performed a lot of research on land excursions and cruising options, and then I reached out to Barb who was a former colleague and friend. That was the best 'research' decision I made, because Barb opened my eyes to options and vendors that I wouldn't have otherwise known. The result was a perfectly planned week on the ground in Alaska, followed by a week long cruise to Vancouver via the inside passage. We experienced incredible salmon fishing, helicopter rides to glaciers, and a luxury cruise that now has my new wife convinced that I am a travel genius! We had perfect weather, exceptional accommodations, and an itinerary that can only be described as one-of-a-kind. To say that we were delighted with our trip wouldn't even come close to describing the experiences and memories that we now share. This trip couldn't have happened without Barb and the SMRT team. SpoilMeRotten Travel lived up to its name on our recent cruise to the Caribbean! We felt pampered from the moment we signed up with SpoilMeRotten Travel. Each question we asked received a timely response. From suggestions for excursions
to fit our specific interests, right down to the perfect spot to leave our personal vehicle.
Approximately one week before the trip we received a travel packet which included all the necessary travel documents we needed - even ordered in the sequence they would need to be accessed. Simple, yet wonderfully helpful things like sticky notes that proved very helpful in leaving messages for our room Steward, and communicating with each other when one of us left the room. A highlighter to mark items of interest on our daily compass, personalized luggage tags, lanyards for our cruise passes, a beach bag, a document holder, etc.
You’ll have to use Barb and Tina to truly understand what being spoiled is all about! We even booked 3 more cruises - this time we will take our family with us!

Hey Barb, I have to say the Hyatt Zilara Cancun was a great hotel and I felt it was worth every penny. The service was the best. All staff at the hotel was awesome and very accommodating.
