We booked a all-inclusive vacation with Lori to go to Xcaret Arte in Mexico. She took the stress out of booking airlines rooms and explained step by step the process to go through the Cancun airport. Head a great time on this cruise! Only thing lacking was Wi-Fi connection as well as PA system which was very hard to hear in crowded places!
Otherwise all else was excellent and very well organized! The crew was wonderful and kudos to all of them!

Lori set us (and our friends) up with a great cruise to the Mexican Riviera. The ship was wonderful, lodging and food excellent and the entertainment was very fun. We got enough of a taste of our ports (Cabo, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta) to know we'd like to spend more time there!

oh my goodness, I have nothing but positives to say about how helpful Lori was in our vacation! I have never used a travel planner before and honestly didn't see the point in them, however my thoughts have completely changed after this trip. There were so many little things that she just took care of or was a resource for us that made things go so much simpler and took away so much stress so I could just relax and enjoy. Her knowledge helped us get the perfect room for what we needed on the ship and she was so responsive when I had last minute questions and concerns. My friend and I worked with Lori Visser to plan our Greece and Turkey cruise from May 13 to May 25, 2024. Lori kept us updated on the changes, and all transfers went smoothly. We cruised on Celebrity Infinity and enjoyed the ship and the excellent staff. Speaking of "wonderful, " that is the word to describe the culinary offerings.

Lori Visser is a wonderful travel agent. Exceedingly knowledgeable. She researches everything very carefully always looking out for our best interests including finding all cost savings possible. Very responsive to questions and happy to research for us. Always keeps us up to date with the latest information and any changes on the part of the cruise line. She always follows-up letting us know of upcoming due dates for things like visas, dinner reservation start times, excursion booking availability, and payment due dates, she never misses anything.
Lori was amazing, answering my continual questions, gathering ideas, giving advice, etc... We ended up with an amazing AI vacation, and she's already planning our next one!

Lori has helped us on all our cruises. She has helped us on travel insurance, transfers, and upgrades. Lori is always there to make our cruises enjoyable.
Our experience at Oceans El Faro was fantastic. We were there for a High School Senior Spring break. The staff was great, they did appreciate that my husband is fluent in Spanish but where very patient with be who does speak any. The food was always good. We did the Privilege package which was worth every penny especially for a busy week like Spring Break. With Privilege we had a bigger room, close to the beach and Privilege restaurant. Our Bulter checked in everyday, made all of our dinner reservations, sometimes two different ones if the kids wanted something different. We took advantage of the spa discounts, the spa hydro therapy, privilege restaurant and the privilege beach areas. All part of that package. Not to mention a little better alcohol choice.
The beach is rocky but it didn’t stop some from going in. The waves were big so we walked to the lagoon that is next to the Adult only section of the resort.
We felt safe at the resort as well as the kids did too.
Lori was fantastic to work with. She provide timely responses and important information updates to make our travel experience seamless :)
Lori has planned 2 viking cruises for us and she has us booked for a Norwegian Cruise in Sept 23. She has done a fantastic job of answering questions, keeping us informed, handling changes, and much more. We would highly recommend Lori.

We have traveled to Montreal, Peru and in 2020 to Morocco with Lori leading a travel/tour team of professionals. The Montreal and Peru trips were great, Lori connecting us up with good flights and top-notch tour companies at good prices. Our trip to Morocco in March, 2020 ... when the world shut down due to COVID ... proved she is worth her weight in small, unmarked bills of whatever country currency you are traveling in. As the country shut down, and we waited for government evacuation, she was in daily contact with any updates she could find. When we were finally evacuated to London and Chicago, she had inter-U.S. flights waiting for us. In the months after, she constantly advocated for our promised commercial flight refund ... until we finally received it nearly a year later. Nothing but good thing to say.

Lauren and I had taken the private concierge lobby (with cold champagne) for granted, as well as the private pool right outside our door. Also, we had no idea that reservations for the private restaurants were hard to attain since we sat down and booked all our nights right away on the first day.
When the chilled champagne arrived at our door, we began to suspect that maybe we were a little more than 'special' than the average folk.
Thus, I knew that I had you to thank. I never saw anyone else's rooms to compare, but ours was beautiful. We had a completely stress-free vacation and did truly appreciate being treated as royalty.
I don't know if this type of vacation planning is something you do enjoy (resorts vs. cruises), but I have been telling everyone to book with you instead of doing it online. I know that I never would have gotten the same things you found for us, so thank you, thank you, thank you.

"Having just returned from our 7 day VanAndel Family Alaskan Cruise, I want to thank Lori on behalf of my entire family. 62 of us had a stress-free vacation where we enjoyed onboard credits (provided by Lori), as well as soda and beverage cards.
For my immediate family, Lori also provided our flights and hotels pre and post cruise. Her advice, her service, and her availability to answer endless questions, gave us all peace of mind.
Beyond the larger cruise picture, there were many little things that spoke of her care and gratitude to our family. Our 'welcome' cocktail party was a terrific pre-cursor of great times to come. Our mid-week luncheon in the Pinnacle Grill (courtesy of Lori) was fantastic. And, our final coffee allowed us to reminisce about the great week we shared.
Further, her knowledge of how this boat would travel had us 'front and center' on every good thing that the land had to offer. Remember, there are two sides to every boat. Clearly, booking us on the Starboard side was the work of a caring agent.
