Michelle was such an integral part of making our cruise a success! From the beginning stages of picking a cruise /ship/destination, making sure we could accommodate our band and our fans, to coordinating the emails, promotions, answering every question under the sun...THEN to have the cruise cancelled due to Covid not 1 but 3 times! Who else would have stuck with it??! She handled every aspect professionally and made sure that when we finally sailed, it was a smooth process. We had over 100 in our group, and she made sure each and every one of us had what we needed when we needed it. For me personally, I couldn't have asked for a better cruise planner. She calmed my nerves a gazillion times and (along with Tom) helped carry luggage, band equipment, props, and handled any obstacle that came our way. We had the best room in the best location, she even made sure we had little surprises along the way to make this trip even more special. I would trust her again and again!!

I recently returned from the 2nd Annual Johnny Wild cruise and had a wonderful time. A majority of the credit goes to Michelle at Cruise Planners for handling the cruise booking, arranging our dining with the group, reminding us about what to do and when before the cruise. She was even offered to take care of our RCCL online check-in. Michelle is very personable and is quick to answer ALL of your questions, whether by phone or email.
