I am so thankful to Chandra for always going over and above. She not only arranged our trip perfectly but also arranged travel protection for our trip. This was a blessing as we had a situation during our trip and had to make a claim with Allianz when we returned home. Chandra took charge of the claim process and even completed and submitted all our forms for us. She made it so painless and even got our claim approved within only a few days. Chandra has happily arranged many excellent trips for my family and friends over the past few years but her excellent service assisting us during the COVID 19 Pandemic has been over the top and the reason that I will never ever book travel without her guidance and assistance. She managed to get us our refunds immediately while some others who booked without her assistance are still waiting to receive ANY kind of compensation. Our family was so impressed with her amazing customer service along with her attention to details.
She was fabulous in taking care of our special dietary needs---made sure the chefs provided us with unique and delicious items every day for every meal.

Her phenomenal attention to details and understanding all of our different food requirements for our trip was superb. She was always available to answer any questions ---even at 3am!! She reached out to the cruise line ahead of our time to make sure everything was perfect for our family. Even had champagne and chocolate in our room for our Anniversary. She even reached out during our cruise to see if we needed anything. Her customer skills and dedication is beyond words can describe and her heart is even better---she genuinely cares that we have the best experience possible.
