Had the most amazing lifetime experience, first time on a cruise! Even though the lines were long, and we often waited for several minutes, everyone were in a great mood and not impatient. The staff were all very friendly and polite, especially our steward Ryan (stateroom #14187) who worked hard in keeping our stateroom clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Our servers, Rene and Kristen, at table 438 who were both very professional, friendly, and accommodating despite the many demands made by us at the table. Our brief encounter with Joey F. Mantiqulla who gave us great service during our breakfast at Central Park. Howard (special dining), who gave us great information regarding the specialty restaurants on board, that we booked an all you can eat sushi/sashimi night at the Japanese restaurant. The entertainment staff were all wonderful and gave their 100+% each night, and we enjoyed all of their performances. We most especially enjoyed the crew performance. I will definitely book a cruise with MSC in the future. Thank you for a wonderful and most memorable cruise experience.

Maryjean's assistance with planning our trip was on point and extremely appreciated. She was able to maneuver around Covid-19 and kept us updated during this period. She quickly responded with patience and expertise when our travel date had to be changed at the last minute due to a hold up on our end. She was personable and helpful throughout this whole process.
