I was very disappointed in this Globus small group trip. W had 28 travelers and a ton of bus time. I had no idea we would drive for hours arrive at a destination for a short time and then back on the bus. We sat on a bus for an hour to get on a ferry for another hour boat ride to climb a light house. Spend the night and then do procedure again. Done with Globus!! - Joan G.

I've used Richard's Cruise Planners for various vacations, from full service to just pieces of the trip. All of these services have been exceptional. On our last trip Richard's group scheduled all hotels, all local travel and transfers, relieving me of the worry of trying to figure out how to get somewhere in a foreign country. These were all on time and as planned, with excellent customer service provided at each stop along the way. This very much enhanced our trip and made our visit even better. Waiting for this cruise was well worth the wait! Rich made sure that our vacation logistics were taken care of, start to finish, from our flights to hotels to cruise to excursions. We enjoyed every single day! We did notice that the crew on our cruise was a bit short staffed but the ones that were there, did their best to make our trip as perfect as they could. Several of them went above and beyond what could be expected. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to allow more time at some excursions as we felt rushed a few times and that any "perks" are better explained in the future. We thought we had a few things included (photo package, premium drink package, etc.) that we ended up having to pay for onboard.

My hubby and myself just got back from an 11 day cruise out of Rome up to Venice, and back down through Slovenia, Croatia, Greece and Malta. This testimonial is almost 1.5 years in the making. In April 2016, we decided to cruise on the NCL Getaway to determine if that ship/line would suit our needs for our wedding in July 2017. One evening during that cruise, at Shanghai’s noodle bar, fate brought Richard (and Tony) into our lives to make all of our wedding dreams come true. We were immediately impressed with Rich’s knowledge of NCL’s product and the possibilities (he) they provided for a wedding at sea. Upon our return from the Getaway cruise, we reconnected with Rich and began to plan for our wedding on the NCL Escape in July 2017. Our planning emails were like novels, but with Rich, no request was too outlandish, no question to basic and no concern went unanswered. This cruise was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I could not have chosen a better way to celebrate my 41st birthday and spend a romantic week away from the kids. The cruise staff, from the senior officers to our cabin steward, treated us in a first class manner.
