Kristi kept us updated on our flights & hotel accommodations. She even met us one day to give each of us a itenerary. She worked very hard on finding us exactly what we wanted.
My vacation to Nashville was so much fun & the accommodations were excellent. Our hotel offered exactly what we asked for. With 3 adults & 1 that snores, we wanted a door in between the 2 bedrooms. We had a large balcony that overlooked the street. Thank you for finding a great hotel. They also had a hot breakfast buffet every morning. Nashville was great & the tours were amazing.

Easiest way to plan travel! I gave a range of dates that my family could travel, the approximate budget, and let the planner do the rest! We were given a few choices and then all the booking was done by Kristi. The trip was great and I was glad to not have the stress of taking care of these details.

I was very pleased with the cruise which was my first with Oceania. The entire staff were wonderful, very polite and accommodating, always smiling. The experience was unlike other cruises I've taken. Dining facilities were very nice, the food variety amazing and quality very good. There were several lounges with live music every afternoon until late in the evening. The excursions offered were many and of great variety. Disembarkations were well planned and organized.
Kristi alway kept me posted on any changes taking place and any other inportant information.
The ship was brand new. The state room was the largest we had had on any previous cruise and the crew was attentive and helpful.
Kristi helped to make this cruise so easy for us! From booking to making sure we were on track with documents and testing requirements, she was there. Definitely recommend Kristi for all your travel needs.
Kristi helped me organize a group cruise with 10 cabins booked among family, friends and a church group. She worked hard to give each of us the best experience requested. She is so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend her to others.
