Michelle Allen has been helping my husband and me plan our cruises and other travel for many years.

We first starting cruising in 1993 and contacted Michelle Allen (then Cierra ?) at the suggestion of my brother-in-law. Between then and now we have cruised 17 times using her arrangements, all completely satisfactorily. This included a 50th anniversary cruise in 2003 involving 7 of us.
So, when we discussed plans for our 60th over Christmas 2012, there was
a unanimous vote for another cruise involving 14 of us, with children and grandchildren ranging in age from 13-53. Naturally we turned to Michelle to handle the details for what ended up being 12 of us in 4 cabins leaving from Baltimore to the Bahamas and return. This included airfares from Florida to Baltimore and back for three.
Little could we have known that the Grandeur of the Seas would burn three weeks before our departure. Michelle jumped in and saved the day for all of us. She re-booked us in upgraded rooms on Celebrity Summit out of New Jersey to Bermuda for the same week, rearranged flights from Florida, and transferred all of the details. She even managed to get reimbursements for us for "non-refundable" air fares. In the end, everyone had a wonderful time and she now has 10 new customers with Royal Caribbean 1/3-off vouchers in their hands making future cruise plans, perhaps including honeymoons--who knows? I'm certain they will all count on Michelle Allen to handle details.
If this is not good business, I don't know what is. Congratulations, Michelle for a job well done. You REALLY earned it!
