Bob did a great job getting us rebooked after our crusie got canceled three times last year. He kept us informed with all the changes that were presented to us and all the extra hoops the cruise line needed us to jump through. We had a fantastic time and can not wait to have Bob get us on another cruise.
We really loved our tour with Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth, our driver, Mark Bodden was fantastic and they took us and picked us up at Little French Key after our tour. We would love to see RCI work out tours with them for the cruise packages!! We did have to book this one on our own, but it was well worth it!! Highly recommend them!

We had a truly wonderful three nights in Paris. Bob Zweig got us tickets for the Eiffel Tower in advance, which saved us from standing in long lines. The day was sunny and clear. So, we had a spectacular view of Paris! The bus tour of Paris was extremely interesting -- and we were very happy to not be driving in the traffic around the Arc de Triomphe!
The Delling is a beautiful ship; Mia, the program director, and Peter, the hotel manager, are the jewels of the ship! They added so much to the experience! As a shopper, I appreciated how Mia would show us not expensive souvenirs that could be purchased at each stop, too! The meals and ever flowing wine on the ship were another highlight. The only downside was when the ship lost air conditioning for about 35 hours...
We are looking forward to further Viking River cruises and working again with Bob, who is very helpful and patient. :-)
