I had a ball. I went with my. niece, sister-in-law and some of their friends. I have never had a group experience but will certainly. do it again. As you know Aileen's daughter, Samantha, is a dancer with Royal Caribbean, so I suggest you give her extra special attention. She will be making many, many future cruises in order to see her daughter. My sister--in-law, Terri Hanrahan Aileen's step-mother, did not make her arrangements with you but now that Aileen and I have introduced her to you she seems very interested in using you the next trip she makes. This is my first cruise vacation since Hans passed in. 2010 and I never expected to sail again. But this trip certainly peaked my interest. Thanks you so much for all your help with the bookings, travel plans and the Crown and Anchor updates. Everything was just wonderful!!!
Our trip in Nov 2019 was exceptional. We told Guy what we wanted and he took care of all the details including the necessary paperwork to enter these two countries. Guy Drobny from Cruise Planners helped us plan a 50 Anniversary trip to Sandals in Jamaica. This was a first time for us going to Sandals. Guy arranged every detail including being met at the airport and escorted through immigration and customs then to a lounge. There we waited a few minutes and a luxury BMW with a driver took us to the faculty for check in. The last day was the same to the airport. We had a great time!
As always, Guy took care of us and we had an excellent trip!
Guy provided information and forms that helped greatly especially for getting back in the country with requirements related to covid. Checking in for our return flight was quick and easy. We know we can contact him any time we have a concern. Had a great trip!

Alaska land-cruise was wonderful! Our first cruise, so have nothing to compare it with, but have no complaints! The ship was clean, comfortable, overflowing with activities; the crew were friendly, polite, accommodating. We had excellent weather despite warnings it would be very cold and rainy! The captain even remarked what a surprise it was to have so much sun. Getting on and off the ship at different ports was easy. LOVED Alaska (who doesn't?)!

I just posted a review for Excellence El Carmen on TripAdvisor and wanted to send my thoughts to you as well. Thank you for helping us with a great honeymoon! Please let me know if you have any specific questions.

“Our trip was “excelente”! We had a great time at this resort. A few of the things that we loved about Excellence El Carmen:
1. Sports Bar. Every night the Sports Club was the place to go for us. Felix and Robert were a great time and made it really enjoyable. They don’t have a full sports package but they had the NBA finals or a baseball game every night so that was enough for me.
2. Late night entertainment. They had a show every night at 9:30 that ran until 10 - 10:30. After that, they had a few bars open until midnight (karaoke two nights a week), and a dance club open until 2. I hardly doubt this noise is heard by many rooms if any. The entertainment crew is out and about all day (Shout out to Jiovanney aka Bruno Mars.)
3. Late night food options. Restaurants were open until 11 and you could get snack food or appetizers from the Sports Bar or Shark Food (Food Truck) until Midnight. We usually hit up late night room service but didn’t once on the trip.
4. The food. We really enjoyed about all of our meals. We usually find the food at resorts to be a little bland but this food was definitely tasty. We found good options at all places we ate. A few highlights were the Hibachi and Magna Dinner.
5. Beachfront swim up pool. We absolutely loved the beachfront swim up room. We spent most of our days relaxing in the pool, lounging in the pool side chairs or napping on the way poolside beds. And the beach was right there if we wanted to sit in the sand, walk the beach or swim in the ocean.
Just a few things that there could be some improvements on:
1. Consistent drinks. A few of the drinks were not consistently made such as a Bloody Mary and Kir Raspberry (which was on their drink menu). We found the people who made them the way we liked but it was disheartening when you order a drink and it doesn’t taste the way you expect it.
2. Swim up service. It appeared there was one waiter working the swim up pools and the beach in our area. We were close to a bar so we could go get drinks easily but there were times it was hours between service to our pool.
3. Beachfront dinner. We arrived late on Monday and signed up for a beachfront dinner on Tuesday. The only available times left were 9:15 on Saturday or Sunday. If we were only there for 5 days, we would not have been able to get one. If demand is this high, maybe availability should be expanded.
4. Salt shakers at the tables more times than not had too much moisture for it to sprinkle onto food. A simple solution is to add some dry rice with your salt into your salt shakers. The rice will absorb all the moisture, and your salt will be nice and dry to sprinkle.
All in all, this was a fantastic vacation and thank you Excellence El Carmen in making it so great. “

We had an absolutely fabulous time. Balcony was the BEST decision ever. Thanks so much for all your assistance. Our rooms were side by side, perfect. We shared lots of companionship, ice cream and 2 bottles of champagne on that balcony. Several great excursions, 2 great local restaurants in Puerto Rico and Marigot, St. Martin.

We had a great time on this cruise. While the weather may not have cooperated sometimes, it was nevertheless a great trip. The ship was terrific and our shore excursions were enjoyable. We are already thinking ahead to our next trip. We have in mind Australia but more of a land tour.
