Good Afternoon Patty and Laura,
I just wanted to thank you both for helping us book the vacation of a lifetime for Frank and I. Our first time cruising and we are totally addicted.
We loved our room especially with the balcony, for morning coffee and evening get togethers. Not that we spent much time in our room, we seemed to be on the go all the time, so much to do on board the ship. We had the room steward open up the sliders on all 5 balconies so we had one extended balcony.
Sandy and Craig beemed all week having their family and friends with them on this wonderful celebration. The Anniversary party was very nice, thank you, and the cake was huge, It even fed the guests and staff at the Olive and Twist lounge as well.
The online checkin was easy and getting on board/and off the ship was very organized and quick.
So everything was great, so much drinking and eating. And all the wait staff were very pleasant, just long wait times at certain lounges and evening dinners for drinks. But all worked out fine.
Thanks again and look forward to working with you on my next cruise.

Hi Patty, We had a fabulous time and would recommend AMA to anybody if they want a trip of memories. We can't say enough good things about the crew, food, drink, everything was perfect.
Thanks for all the work you did on this trip for us! We all want to do it again next year -- the one from Amsterdam on the new ship they are launching next year.

Hi Patty. Gary and I had a wonderful time on our river cruise aboard the AMACERTO. It was a memorable trip and the service/staff were exemplary. I would recommend AMA to anyone interested in a river cruise. They know how to do it. We have sailed on Silverseas (at a much higher price tag) and AMA was just as good. We loved the cities we visited---who wouldn’t!!! It was absolutely wonderful and many memories were formed.
My only complaint was the 2 travel days.
All in all, the trip was fabulous. Thank you so much. We would like to do it again to other river destinations----next year!!!!!

Cruise really was wonderful. Entertainment was exceptional, especially "Saturday Night Fever". Wait staff was excellent and adorable. Excursion tour to swim with the dolphins was fantastic. You should recommend it to your clients.

Hi Patty,
We always enjoy Cruising with Marge & Jim. We have very similar
likes & Dislikes. Enough to make our time stress free, which is what
you want.
We really like Princess as a Cruise line, Food is excellent and the people
that work on the ship are always wonderful.
We have seen pretty much everything in the Eastern, Southern & Western
Islands, but we love to keep going back to "Do It All Over Again"
The ships we have been on are really terrific, but for me The Royal was just
too big, too many people and everything on the ship was too far to get too
all the time. I am the type of person who simply does not enjoy too many
people around me. (My Problem). Makes me nervous.
The size ships we went on before were the right size for me to relax in.
Other than that there s Nothing I can complain about. Again we love Princess and know that you got us a very good deal.

Patty, Well we had a GREAT time, it actually changed my opinion of cruises overall. The boat was beautiful and our stateroom was perfectly located. (Thank you for that). We enjoyed the shows and the weather was perfect. Labadee, wasn't our cup of tea so we stayed onboard and relaxed at the spa. The excursion in Jamaica was nice (until I slipped on some rocks and cut my hip and knee wide open). Everyone was eager to please. Thanks again Patty for making it happen, I will be sure to call you again soon. Jill

The hotel in Prague was wonderful and the Amacerto was wonderful also. Nicest ship we have ever been on. The crew and the tour director were outstanding. Also I need to tell you that the two private tours you arranged for us in Prague and Budapest were so good. The guides both times were very good and those two tours were the high points of our trip. The drivers both times were excellent also. We are more than satisfied.
Just a suggestion, Mention to future travelers that there are some places that use only their own currency and not American money or credit cards. Thank goodness we had enough euros. Some people had a problem.
We saw so much that it will take me quite awhile to sort it all out in my head. I have thousands of pictures and have to sort those out also and label them. It could keep me busy for a long time.
Thank you for making the arrangements and for the dinner in the special dining room. That was fun and very delicious.
