We booked a previous cruise vacation through Maureen Ebbs a few years ago and she was very helpful. Because of our prior positive experience, we reached out to her to help us plan our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to do a cruise from a cruise terminal within driving distance but we were not sure which cruise line or ship to choose. Maureen was extremely helpful in sharing her recommendations of all possible cruises within our selected dates and locations. Once we picked the cruise line, Maureen helped us book our stateroom. She is very knowledgeable and picked the perfect room for us! She was able to secure us a room in the middle of the ship, where you will feel the least amount of movement with a beautiful unobstructed balcony. When booking our room, she also kept in mind where the activities were on the ship and booked our room away from the pool, music halls, bars, etc. so we did not have any extra noise or foot traffic. She also helped us secure travel insurance. After booking, Maureen kept in touch to remind us about booking our embarkment time and completing the online check-in prior to our cruise.
Maureen even threw in a few extras for us as her gift to us for our honeymoon, including onboard credits and a specialty dining night. This was completely unexpected but much appreciated! She also offered to watch flights for delays (although this did not apply to our trip, it would have been very helpful if we were). Maureen mailed all of our cruise documents to us ahead of time so we would have them printed for our trip. She also included a surprise personalized wedding gift for us in this package! She is so thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable!! I would highly recommend using Maureen Ebbs through Cruise Planners for any of your travel needs! We will be sure to continue to use her for our future cruise trips!!

Once again, Maureen did an outstanding job suggesting hotels in our preferred area of Paris and suggesting Viking River Cruises. Our trip was organized, Maureen answered our questions before the trip and was in constant contact with us. A few of our fellow travelers had difficulties with air reservations completed by Viking. Maureen handled ours and everything worked according to plan. We will use Maureen for our future travel plans.

Maureen has planned a family trip for 10 (twice) first trip cancelled do to weather. Received a full refund & Maureen did all the paperwork. We just finished booking our second family trip. Just returned from a trip to St Lucia that Maureen put together in less than 5 weeks. She is extremely pleasant, friendly easy to communicate with. No isn’t in her vocabulary.

Best travel advent ever! She helped us out pan our honeymoon the moment we decided to take one, and was there for us until we stepped foot back in the US. We decided to go to Aruba and Maureen did everything in her power to make it memorable. Maureen is the best travel planner I have ever worked with. She diligently works to secure the best results possible for your trip. She searches out all choices until you feel comfortable and at ease with the travel results. Maureen keeps you informed of any changes made by cruise lines or airlines so you do not become anxiety ridden. As travel date approaches she reminds you of your responsibilities and follows thru on any changes. Even the day of the trip she is still working to make you comfortable. I will also give you a heads up as to Maureen keeping tabs on your trip even as you are on it. I would travel with no one else. She is great!!!

Our family trip on Carnival was planned by Maureen. She was absolutely wonderful in helping us. I cant wait to go again one day. Other than rough seas at the beginning, it was a great trip, way to short of coarse!
“Maureen Ebbs found a perfect travel package for my husband and I. We wanted to travel in Italy but don’t enjoy being part of a group each day. She introduced us to the Monograms options. Then she worked for us each step of the way to insure that our experience was exactly what we were hoping for. She made the airline arrangements and replied promptly to numerous questions about all aspects of the travel arrangement, hotel options, and local tours.
