Casey Coven is a wealth of knowledge, she kindly gave some flight travel advice to my daughter, traveling to the UK through British Airways. Unfortunately, she didn't schedule travel through Casey, had she done so we wouldn't be having issues. Future note to self, call Casey next time, she is a "true" professional.

This vacation was not a cruise (that's the next one). Casey did a great job booking our hotel stay in Nags Head and giving us some travel tips. I love the reminder email about holding our mail as well, and that makes it very easy to do, right from the link in the email. We have booked several trips in the past (pre-Covid days) with Casey and have never been disappointed yet!

Casey doesn't just book my travel - she gave me good advice to nagivate required COVID testing and called me the day before departure, to make sure everything was good. It's nice to know someone cares about my safe travels.
Casey did a great job of finding us the perfect place to stay for our short getaway to Virginia Beach. The process was simple and the confirmation and reminder emails were great. We used the link in the email to hold our mail and that was so easy to do and a nice feature so I didn't have to remember to do that separately as we were getting things together to go. She found a place with our needs and budget in mind and we appreciate that so much!
We have already booked our next cruise through her.
We loved our trip to Paris! The river cruise was fabulous (just our speed) and the extra days at the hotel with our booked excursions were great! Thanks for making this a trip of a lifetime with great memories for us!

Our family of nine had an amazing time on Adventure of the Seas. Our itinerary changed extensively due to weather but everything worked out well. We had an awesome room on the 7th deck behind the Library. It was perfect for us. Our 15 year old son had a blast with the other teens on board. My mom had fun meeting others her age. My sister and her family enjoyed everything. Most importantly my husband and I relaxed. Thank you Casey for setting up our Christmas Cruise.

Thank you for all you did to make our cruise very special. We had a wonderful dinner Curtis Stone’s restaurant and was surprised when we were invited to the Captain’s Reception which I’m sure you had something to do with the invite. The excursions were fun and not huge. We saw whales and enjoined the van tour in Skagway. It was a great trip.

I don't know why anyone would NOT use Casey. She knows all the ins and outs, from where to park at the airport to which stateroom is best for you and which gadgets to pack that you'd never know about (towel clamps, anyone?). Her customer service is excellent and she's FREE. Seriously, if you don't go through her you are missing out.

We recently went on a cruise to Greece, Croatia and Italy and Casey Coven helped us plan the entire trip. She arranged for us to be picked up at the airport in Athens, booked our stay at a wonderful hotel, and orchestrated our two excursions while in Greece. After the cruise (which she also booked for us) she made sure we went from the ship to a water taxi to take us to another wonderful hotel, and again arranged for two excursions in Venice.
Our entire trip was flawless and our tours were fantastic, thanks to Casey's meticulous attention to detail. She conferred with us regularly throughout the planning, listened to our wishes, and made it all happen! We will definitely use her again (and again)!! Meg Black
Where do I begin? Without Casey, I would not have been able to take my two young children, wife, and parents on not, one, but two great trips. Providing Casey with very little input beyond what State I wanted to travel to, Casey worked her magic and provided two trips of a lifetime for my family to go on. Once again, I had an amazing vacation thanks to Casey. My directive was simple: all-inclusive, adult only, somewhere warm, and a good value, oh and I wanted to go at Christmastime. That's not asking too much, right? If such a vacation was even possible, I had no idea. Who has time to do all that internet research and cost comparing, let alone trying to pick a resort from online reviews? Casey totally delivered! The Royal Suites Turquesa by Palladium fulfilled all of my requirements, and then some! I've never been to the Dominican Republic before and it was amazing! The resort was beautiful, had outstanding amenities, and provided excellent services to guests. I had the best birthday and an awesome Christmas holiday and I'd have never found that on my own. There was a minor mishap and I texted Casey and she was right on and everything got sorted out, while I enjoyed a margarita at the pool. I can't recommend Casey highly enough to plan your next vacation.

We are thrilled with what to have sent us so far. We have been looking for hours at google earth to check out ports listed. (This is what they said after I did some research on a cruise going to the Baltic) We had a great time, but should tell you about it on speaker phone. (After the cruise) These clients also booked Hawaii for January 2017.

We had a fabulous time! I have attached the best group picture. It was hard to get everyone together at the same time. Everyone really enjoyed being able to go all different ways. Especially the older grand kids when on the ship. Just turned them loose. Our one day all together excursion was to Stingray City and the Turtle Farm but no group picture. I must say that the best advantage was having friends that I trusted when I turned to Cruise Planners for our travel needs. Harold and I knew we wanted to use Globus again but wanted someone to handle all the reservations for us including incorporating air travel and researching the excursions to advise of what was offered. At the time of booking, I also knew that I needed insurance for our trip and overseas travel. Since we live states apart from each other, the phone and electronic communications provided us with everything needed to plan a vacation. Casey and Claire, you gals were available and timely replied to all concerns and questions and kept us informed of all updates on our bookings. The overseas tips were excellent as well!
