Fun cruise, great ports and Nader was professional and efficient.
I just returned from a week at this resort. Nader recommended it and he was correct. I have had the pleasure of working with him for many years and he understands when I am looking for a luxury trip or just a quick break. Nader organised car pick ups etc and when I got to the hotel the check in was smooth although due to my very early arrival my room was not ready. I was offered a room upgrade . Very rarely have I been in a resort that was so well maintained. Staff were constantly cleaning, gardening and offering drinks and advice. Although I did hear some complaints about the pool temperatures for me they were lovely- around 90 which felt good on windy days! Restaurants had a good variety of cuisines and I was always able to get a table.
I am very grateful that Nader steered me towards this hotel and even more grateful that he took the trouble to text me during the trip to make sure I had no problems.

Thank you Nader for making our European vacation travel and cruise plans. We had a wonderful time. Spending a day and half in Barcelona was perfect to relax and get into our vacation mode before cruising on the Norwegian Cruise Line’s Epic. The crews of the NCL Epic are gracious and very helpful. Our steward was a great guy and made sure we knew about the Wednesday laundry special ($19.95 for a bag full of laundry!). I definitely recommend the NCL on board text app to keep in touch and know where your travel mates are. Shout out to Lufthansa! What a great airline and travel experience.
