had a wonderful time with friends on the Celebrity Silhoutte. The cabin and accommodations were very comfortable, ship size was great not too big and enjoyed that there were less little kids on this cruise than other ships. The food could be improved, the main dining room food was mediocre.

Everything was so well planned for this trip. We did one week of travel on our own and one week on a river boat cruise. Diana provided us with a folder organized with all the vouchers and information that we needed for each part of our trip. Her attention to detail is excellent. We had a wonderful time on our Celebrity cruise. Everyone on the cruise staff was so pleasant, from the captain and crew to the girl washing windows in the elevator at 6 AM! Even though some of the activities were a little loud and crowded for us and we chose not to participate in the island tours, we found plenty to do and see on the ship.
Thank you for the yummy macarons. We were surprised, too, by the unexpected treats that arrived from the Concierge Class Level. The bottle of wine and appetizer snacks provided evening toasts in our stateroom. Dinner in the Opus Restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices. The staff was pleasant and efficient. We had expected to be at a round table, locked in to scheduled courses and waiting for others. Instead, we had a quiet table by a window and had “anytime dining” at our own pace. What a surprise when they brought John a birthday dessert with a candle, singing Happy Birthday and fellow travelers joining in!
I know this vacation went smoothly thanks to your excellent planning with our needs in mind. Our stateroom was in just the right area for older travelers, close to the main elevators. Even the number - 9292 - easy to remember. The distilled water appeared as soon as requested. Celebrity Concierge Class was a good recommendation, as we took advantage of the nearby concierge desk.
Thank you for all of your help in arranging our trip. We look forward to booking future travel with you.

Almost everything went as planned. There were a couple of bumps though. First, there was no transfer from Viking waiting for us in Prague, so we had to Uber to the hotel, but Viking did reimburse us once we got on the ship. Second, the Carat Boutique Hotel in Budapest was very hot; the A/C didn't work well and although it was functional, the room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller than the one on the Embla ship. Finally, as you're aware, the Embla's air conditioning wasn't working well either. It is a good thing we are Floridians and are used to being hot and sweaty.

Also would not recommend Carat hotel in Budapest as tiny room and weak AC. Other then that everything went smoothly.. Diana has been planning our annual girls cruise for years now, and most recently she planned our family vacation cruise. Our cruise was aboard the brand new Carnival Vista, which was fully booked, and Diana was able to get us added into the group with no problems.
