My son and I went on our first trip to Hawaii and our agent Sheryl was great , she was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner . She picked an amazing resort that had everything we had asked for . She assisted with day trips to take while on vacation based on items we were asking to explore . The dolphin trip was amazing . She assisted when we arrived to Hawaii and our airport transfer was not waiting to take us to the hotel . From start to finish of the trip she was available for assistance if needed .
