We have used Jill twice for two amazing vacations. The first was an Avalon river cruise in Europe. (Highly recommend this cruise line! It was incredible.) And Jill was there every step of the way to help us plan a spectacular trip. She even helped us (late at night for her!) with dealing with flight delays and booking an overnight hotel stay.
Our second trip was a Norwegian cruise line trip to the eastern Caribbean. Jill helped us plan every single detail and was quick to respond to any of our questions. We can’t wait to book with her gain!- Karen R.

Cruise planners and my rep were great. However the excursions we did with cruise planners were not good. You should not even have one of them on your list for people to do- entire tour was terrible. Ship time and real time in each port was off by an hour causing issues making it to the first excursion in Key West- we had to met the excursion at their first place to see becuase the timing was off.- Kimberly K.

This note is long overdue but I wanted to thank you for all of your help with our first trip to Europe. Our plans worked out great and we enjoyed so many wonderful sights thanks to your help and advice. Our favorite hotel of all was Albergo Massanti in Verona, Italy. I highly recommend it to your future Italy travelers. It was so clean, so beautiful, and steps away, but tucked in a quiet spot, within easy walking distance to all of the action in central Verona. We can't wait to go back!

Jill is amazing. I travel internationally at least twice a year and Jill is a go to. At times I can search high and low for months to find the trip possibly a few hundred bucks cheaper. However, the guarantee she delivers, personal touches of service, knowledge, private transfers make Jill's packages the way to go.
My 1st trip with Jill a hurricane came to Costa Rica 2 days before we were due to arrive. Jill stayed in constant contact with us, our hotel and looked at 8 additional locations with sister properties for a party of 18.
My most recent trip with Jill due to unexpected personal circumstances she had to change our hotels, flights, and transfers. Jill did this all on the back end so we could continue to enjoy our vacation with no interruptions.

Just got home from my 2 week European vacation with my kids that Jill Franks booked for me. This was a trip covering 4 countries that I knew I needed help with. Planes, trains, buses and hotels. ????. First time I had ever booked a vacation through a travel agent and so glad I did. The airline lost all our luggage and she worked tirelessly to help us find it. You can imagine the panic attack I had. Who loses a whole family of suitcases. ????. We were lucky enough to find Jill Franks through the recommendation of a neighbor and after working with her I’ll never look for another travel agent. Jill is everything you need: she helped us isolate the right trip for our family, searched many different options for accommodations, tours and flights. Jill is responsive (answering emails at all hours) and I knew she would have our back should we have problems during our trip. Our vacation in Kauai was absolutely perfect and although Jill could not control the weather (which was AMAZING), she controlled literally everything else and we were so grateful.
