We booked our 10 day honeymoon trip to Costa Rica through Eileen. Right off from the beginning, Eileen has provided excellent service to us. She is really flexible with flight scheduling and prompt to respond to any of our questions. Our flight got canceled on our way back and Eileen put us at ease when we had to book a hotel outside the airport for a layover. We were able to get our hotel fees refunded through the trip insurance we had, highly recommend it. Although I have used Eileen for small excursions in the past this was the first time I used her for an entire trip. We told her what we needed, wanted, and liked, and then she made it happen! We were able to tweak it to our liking. Our Italy was fluid and went almost perfectly. Just one hiccup as we headed from Venice to Rome on the train, but because Eileen made sure every detail was included we had our driver's number and we WhatsApp'd him and he was able to meet us at the new station location. Hello Eileen…. I am writing to thank you so much for one of the most enjoyable and well put together, seamless vacations ever!!! You are top notch and I will be spreading the word to all about how good you are. Everything you organized came together seamlessly and perfectly. Not one problem with anything from the vouchers, to the day trips to the hotels. I do want to tell you that both hotels (Venice and Rome) were absolutely top notch. The Venice hotel was clean, large rooms and centrally located to St. Marks square. I would highly recommend to future clients. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff at the hotel top notch. As a matter of fact, I have to tell you how good they are there. My irresponsible 17 year old son left his iPad in the hotel when we left for Rome. Realizing this on the train, we called the hotel to see if they found it. They did and they stored it in their safe for us to pick up when we returned. That would NEVER have occurred in NY :) The Rome hotel was absolutely absolutely wonderful. VERY modern, like staying in a Marriott. Clean, bright, modern. The hotel was great and not too far a walk to the coliseum and spanish steps. The first class train ride was wonderful as well. Great service. VERY clean. Went so fast and quite enjoyable. By far, the best day was the Pompeii/Amalfi coast. Our driver was AWESOME and although it was quite a far drive (going home straight from Positano was about 3 1/2 hours), it still was our best day. Thank you again for all your help and for setting up an unforgettable vacation. I will be in touch for our trip next year which may be the UK. I will also spread the word about how good you are! Eileen, I just wanted to follow up and let you know how much I appreciated your help in planning our trip to Paris. It went off perfectly! Our driver arrived and was waiting for us at Charles de Gaulle airport and had us into Paris in under an hour. we had the same driver at the end of our trip and he was just nice. Our Museum hop from the Louvre to Musee d'Orsay was spectacular. Our tour guide, Belen, was amazing, so knowledgeable, and really appealed to my daughter and her friend (both 18). Eileen--Thank you for recommending and booking us at the Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood FL. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, it was in a great location, and the staff was helpful and friendly. There were 3 live music events every day, including nightly concerts in the band shell on the boardwalk. The music included rock and country, not just Jimmy Buffet tunes, but the entire resort exuded the Jimmy Buffet lifestyle; a fun, beachy, carefree vibe. Our vacation to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando in November 2016 was absolutely magical! Hi Eileen, First I want to say we had a wonderful time in Italy. Every deal was just right. We especially liked the private tour of Pompeii. Our guide Francisco was great. He made it so interesting and I would highly recommend him again. Valentino the driver was also very nice. Driving there is crazy and would not recommend driving there to anyone. We found a little town called Ravello above Amalfi on the coast. It was not as busy and less tourists. I would recommend that people go there and take day trips to Positano and Amalfi. There is a hotel there Hotel Palumbo. It is gorgeous and overlooks the coast also. It has a great bar and restaurant. Also in this town is a wine store called “Wine and Drugs”. The drugs are balsamic vinegar and Olive Oil. Anyway they do free wine tastings. We spent about three hours there. The woman is LeeAnn and she was a wonderful host and offered more wine and Whisky then we could drink. She also had appetizers and it was all FREE. We of course bought wine but there was no obligation to do so. I have also recommendations of restaurants that we ate and drank at if anyone you know is going and is a foodie and likes good wine. We have over 3000 pictures of this trip (If you want to see them we would love to share them with you) and we were so happy that we did not have to plan our day. When we decided to go on a cruise, my first thought was to contact Eileen Carson. My brother had gone on a few cruises, all arranged by Eileen and he highly recommended her as a travel agent. Eileen Carson planned our vacation last summer. I have to say it was the best thing I ever did. Eileen is fantastic. We wanted to go on a cruise and we were not sure which one to go on. I generally book all of our vacation plans, itineraries and excursions, however when we began discussing taking a Mediterranean cruise last year, I knew that I was out of my league. Eileen was the best. While my wife and I have cruised in the past, our kids never have. Eileen guided us in picking the right ship and itinerary for the whole family. Eileen searched until she found just the right cabins that were both near each other and made the most sense in terms of cost. The whole process was absolutely stress free. My wife and I had a great time on the Liberty of the Seas and our kids were alway busy going somewhere or doing something onboard so I'd say they enjoyed it too. We went to Eileen early in 2015 after she helped us with our wonderful Spring Break trip to AZ. We were looking for a fun first cruise experience for our family that would provide some relaxation for us and fun for our 2 sons: ages 13 and 15. Once we reached out to Eileen, within no time she had 2 great options for us. As busy as I know she is, Eileen gets back to you so fast with information and ideas and recommendations, which is so helpful! We thought about the two choices: Bahamas or Bermuda…can’t go wrong with either really but the Norwegian Breakaway cruise to Bermuda has so much going on for the kids: Water slides, games, shows, Teen Lounge and fun and relaxing time for the parents. Eileen provided the cabin pricing options and info on promotions going on: dining upgrades or drink upgrades which we might not have figured out on our own. We went with the dining upgrades and were so happy with that option-eating dinner at all the specialty restaurants with no upcharge. Eileen also researched the excursion info: gave us loads of ideas of things to do: Boat rides (we did the Speed Boat ride around island-beautiful) snorkeling and the beaches, Segway tour (which we did-was a blast-boys loved it!!) you could swim with dolphins, lots of things to do. Eileen researched them all and had client experiences to help us make our decisions, we were very pleased with them all. Hi Eileen, We just wanted to thank you for your help and assistance with our trip to Tuscany. The trip was wonderful. We had no issues with the airline flights. Traveling thru the countryside by rail was a great experience. Milan is very cosmopolitan yet small enough for us to explore. Florence likewise is a great walking city. The side trips/tours you suggested we take at both locations worked out fine. It gave us an opportunity to see and hear from tour guides about the unique aspects of the places we visited. Good morning. I can’t believe we returned from France 3 weeks ago. Before more time slipped away, I wanted to thank you for organizing this fabulous and memorable trip. Everything was first class and ran smoothly. My kids will never forget it! The hotel in Paris was perfect and was in a fantastic location! The “Tour de France” last 10 laps came right by us and because the weather was rainy, it kept the crowds away. My kids took video. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel in Normandy was VERY chic, beautiful and probably a little too expensive but what the hell, lol! I felt like I was in the Hamptons, ie where the rich and famous stay. I do have to say, the Parisians were very nice, but the northerners were less American friendly and English speaking. Every tour was perfect except a few comments: We loved the river cruise and dinner in the Eiffel Tower but the timing did not allow us to go up to the top without having to find our own way home and it was late, but we didn’t really care too much. Also, we probably could have skipped the Reims Champagne tour. It was long and a little commercial, but we still had fun and had a great lunch in Reims. Our favorite tours were Versailles and Normandy….Loved….loved both! We did go to Sacred Heart area but it was in the evening and really didn’t have time to have a portrait painted…oh well, lol. We did almost everything you suggested. We were soooo exhausted by our last day we decided not to make the trip to St. Malo or St. Mt. Michelle. We will have to see them another time I guess. We decided our next family trip will be a beach bum vacation, lol! Which bring me to my next question: We want to go to an all-inclusive resort somewhere. I would love to start looking into it. June 1, 2015 Eileen is simply the best, I’m just sorry I didn’t know about her sooner. With short notice she was able to book a wonderful family vacation to Punta Cana in DR over Easter break. It was a wonderful experience and my wife & kids loved the resort. She is now planning a two week trip for my wife & daughter this summer to Italy. "Thanks Eileen. We are in airport. Flight is delayed but no big deal. What a great trip! Loved the resort. It is certainly pricey, but service was fantastic. Excursions were great. Interestingly, I think I preferred the room we had vs the canopy suites. They may be larger and some have their own Infinity pools, but they are in the hills ( great views) but you must ride a golf cart down for everything. We had a partial view of ocean, could hear it every night and were a stones throw from beach, pool and restaurants. Room was beautiful with a private screened porch. Staff brought smoothies and water to beach and pool all afternoon. Non motorized water sports were free and spa and golf course were great. We didn't golf this time but rented a golf cart and drove the course as it cuts through jungle and you can see wildlife including monkeys. Hotel gives that tour with guide but we missed that time so we did it on our own. We went snorkeling and zip lining. Lots of photos on Facebook. Restaurants are NY prices but great gourmet meals. We usually ate light breakfast at coffee bar (did buffet once) had a poolside snack in afternoon and 7p dinner. There really is no nightlife. We were in bed by 10 which was fine by us. Thanks again.
