Darren with igoseado did a fantastic job with our group on our Cruise with MSC. We all had a great time and he was very knowladgable and helpful. I would recommend him for all our travel.

All in all it was a good trip. I actually liked the smaller ship; I don't need lots of frills. The staff was very accommodating and there was enough to do on the at sea days. I think that some of the information regarding the shore excursions was misleading; I was under the impression that unless you had something arranged with Royal Caribbean, you could not leave the ship. Some of the other people at our table had made arrangements through an agency that got very good reviews from Trip Advisor, and I believe they had a better experience. Roger and I enjoyed the excursions in Havana and Santiago de Cuba, but the Cienfuegos experience left much to be desired. I realize this was the first time RC included stops beyond Havana, but I think their research could have been better.
