We worked with Melinda to book our anniversary trip to San Francisco. Not only was she helpful, insightful, but extremely patient as we switched destinations 2-3 times before deciding on San Francisco. She had been to San Francisco a couple times and knew people that lived there so she was able to give us extra information about things we wouldn't normally know about such as places to see and weather. We sent her the dates we wanted, and she sent us back a quote of what the cost would be, which saved us the hassle. She was even flexible with helping us change the dates once we realized it would be cheaper to go a week earlier. The time we went, spring break was going on in a lot of places so it was difficult to find a hotel that was in our budget. Melinda sent us as many options as she could and we were able to narrow down wanting to stay in downtown. We had discussed renting a car for the week, but after booking the hotel, Melinda mentioned we should do the cable cars instead. Not only did that save us money, but it saved us the frustration of navigating downtown. We did have a car one day for our drive to San Jose to tour the Winchester Mystery house, which I highly recommend touring if you will be within an hour or close to San Jose during any portion of your trip. Melinda booked our rental car for us which was another added bonus of working with her. She booked our whole trip, without us having to worry about it. When it came to the deposits she kept us in the loop the whole time and even double checked with us that we didn't get charged twice when our deposit didn't show on our balance. My husband and I booked our trip while I was pregnant and Melinda suggested we get travel insurance in case we needed to cancel. She sent us the different options of insurance to get and was able to answer any questions we had.
