This was my husband and I's first cruise. Nick made it super easy and answered all the questions we had from prebooking all the way up to post cruise! The effort he put into making our vacation easy and fun was phenomenal. The only downside to our cruise was the cruise line themselves taking Labadee off of the itinerary, which was understandable, but instead of changing ports, they decided on a day at sea. I'll definitely be booking again with Nick soon!

Nick has been a great asset for my vacations. One of the biggest hurdles for me to plan a trip is finding a place to go and then doing all of the tedious work of making it happen. He does all of that for me! Best of all it's at no additional cost. He's always very responsive and does great at giving me just the right amount of options that don't overwhelm me!

The suite was huge, spacious, lots of room, as I said, great view. Perfect for our family and the money we paid.
Everything else was very smoothly with no problems. The most amazing ocean water I have ever seen, I have traveled some in my life: the cleanest ever from all seas, oceans and lakes I have ever been to. The girls loved their rides on the attractions, they went over and over and over. We stayed on the island and did all things we could do at Atlantis because they offer so much. Really, just amazing. Weather was great! Traveling was without any issues: no delays, no cancelations, no problems whatsoever, just long lines tell your future clients to Atlantis to give themselves lots of time. I let a lot of late families in front of us because we were good on time, but maybe it was so busy coming home because the spring breakers were all leaving at once.

Nick I just have to say- we had the BEST time on our cruise. Lenny and I want to thank you so much for helping us with our first time. We will look forward to many more ahead of us- it was a great trip and you found us the perfect boat. We made a lot of friends, had tons of fun, enjoyed all the offerings and even won in the casino! WOW!
We were so thrilled with it all- and now since we are back to work today- it makes us want to start thinking about our next trip!

The trip was AMAZING! We absolutely loved Secrets Capri and we for sure want to go back in the future. The all-inclusive was so cool. We loved being able to eat and drink whatever we wanted whenever we wanted. The food and drinks were delicious too. And the staff is so kind! And Amstar was great too- the transportation was seamless and the team was trustworthy and welcoming. I’m so thankful that we found you and you found us that trip. Thank you a million!

We just returned from a Viking River Cruise through Europe and it was amazing. We used Nick Wallace who is a Franchise Owner with Horizon Cruise Planners and he did an amazing job of taking care of all of the details. The Viking company he chose was the tops and did an amazing job of taking care of us. Nick did an exceptional job answering all of our questions, keeping us informed, and following through with his part of the process. He can also help with any land excursion anywhere in the world because he has a wide variety of companies to work with. We are working on a Holy Land excursion for next year and we will be using his assistance with that adventure. I wanted to thank you for all of your hard work in planning and ensuring our recent cruise with Royal Caribbean on March 28-April 2, 2015 was what we expected. The cruise exceeded our expectations.
As we began to look at taking our family on our first cruise your professionalism and expertise was very helpful in walking us through the process. I appreciated your quick and thorough responses to all of our e-mails and everything worked out as you informed us it would. Our wheelchair bound young adult son required extra attention by you in the planning process and that as well was exceptional.
We were able to drive right up to the pier in Fort Lauderdale, unload, and park our vehicle in the covered parking deck. Once through security we received our Sea Pass cards and loaded the ship with no issues. Our young daughter had a colored wrist band as soon as she boarded the ship in case we got separated at any point in the cruise for added security and peace of mind for us. Our room was very nice with a balcony that had plenty of room to enjoy time outside listening to the waves and enjoying the sunrise or sunsets. The entire room and bathroom was very clean and the porter did an excellent job with ensuring all of our needs were met. The large closet and dresser/desk provided plenty of storage and the programmable safe allowed us to secure all of our valuables that we would not need while on board. The towels that were folded daily into different animal figures were an added bonus. The handi-capped accessible room was even nicer with more room and a bed that split into two separate beds. The in room television was nice to have to watch some of the NCAA playoff or catch up on some news but other then that it was off.
The meals were outstanding from breakfast, lunch, dinner at the buffet or formal dinner at the Michelangelo Restaurant (or any other time we felt we needed to eat). The 24 hour room service was a great asset to our son. The Promenade on the 5th floor was a nice place to go for some shopping, ice cream, pizza or my favorite, shrimp sub, all of which was covered in the food package.
We found more then enough to do on the ship with the many pools and hot tubs, basketball courts, putt putt golf, walking track etc to keep as busy as we wanted to be. The many options for shows and night activities provided opportunities for some down time. The Ice Skating show, Saturday Night Fever musical, Acapella group, comedian, piano guy, etc were exceptional, there was not a bad performance. The large outdoor television at pool side allowed us to enjoy night swimming or soaking while watching some NCAA games or a movie.
We did two of the handi-capped accessible excursions. The one in Belize was a trolley tour with a lift on the bus and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. In Cozumel we went to Playa Mia for the beach excursion. The taxi service was very accommodating and fairly priced at $17.00 for four people one way. Even though there was not wheelchair access to the beach there was a covered area close enough to enjoy the views and nice pools with water slides for my daughter to enjoy. We felt very safe in both environments as we traveled around. The vendors in Cozumel outside the pier were not pushy or smothering and allowed us to shop freely and were very friendly but no matter how much they wanted to braid my daughters hair she would not do it.
The ships staff were top notch. We did not meet one of them that did not greet us with a warm smile and were always ready to help. The porter went above and beyond in our room and especially with our son and his needs. Our waiter at the Michelangelo Restaurant was very attentive and interactive. Once he knew what each of us at our table drank with dinner he was sure to have it there at our next dinner without even asking. The restrooms throughout the ship were kept clean and there were plenty of hand sanitizer stations to use. In one of our nightly strolls on the top deck we noticed staff were cleaning the pools and hot tubs including wiping down the interior walls, I asked someone the next day and was told they do it each night, and the hot tubs are actually hot. One thing we did not observe were drunk and disorderly passengers walking around the ship, it appears the amount one is able to consume is monitored by staff as well. Any little glitch we may have experienced was quickly resolved and not a burden to staff to assist us.
The Liberty of the Seas ship was awesome and very elegant. The stairways were wide and color coded for port or starboard sides. The elevators provided easy movement around the ship for our son. We could of easily given up the day at Playa Mia and just enjoyed the pools and activities on board. The many chandeliers and polished metal added glamour and spectacular views throughout.
When it was time to leave staff accommodated our needs to get off early and ensured all of our needs were once again met. We found our car as we left it in the parking deck and drove away with no regrets or disappointments.
Our overall experience from start to finish was like none other and again, exceeded our expectations. Thanks again for all you did for us in ensuring our first cruise would be memorable.

Everything went great!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon. We enjoyed every moment of it. It was amazing having 24/7 room service. I probably gained like 10 pounds. We both loved the spa, that was the first time I ever had a massage and they also did hydrotherapy which was something that I especially enjoyed. The food was great and the service was better. I even got a little tan. It was some of the best food I have ever had. We will be talking about this trip the rest of our lives!!!!!
I just want to say thanks so much Nick. I have no idea how this trip would have been possible without booking with you. It made everything a lot less stressful. Not to mention, my WIFE couldn't be happier. I heard it the whole trip "I can't believe how wonderful this is", "this is such an amazing resort", etc. It was a great feeling.
