Diane is incredible at distilling all the travel choices down to a few that meet your criteria and helping you every step of the way. She has planned a trip to Germany/France and a family trip to the Mayan Riviera at a 5 star all inclusive resort. She thinks of everything to help you get the most out of your trip (later checkouts, how to pack more into a day, how to save money, things they don't tell you on cruise line/hotel websites that will impact your stay----and I appreciate it so much! She takes most of the stress out of planning a trip. She also knows the best buildings at resorts....we just got back from Iberostar in Playa Paraiso and we stayed in the building closest to the beach but next to the pool and restaurant.....perfect. First and foremost, Diane is THE best travel planner we have ever worked with....so knowledgeable and so responsive!!! We stayed at the Crane Resort in Barbados, which was our selection. However, the resort definitely needs a face list and some polish when it came to service and food. The room, however, was VERY spacious with a wonderful view. The people of Barbados are warm and welcoming and extremely friendly. We stayed on the east coast of the island where there was a heavy influx of seawood coming in on to the beach unfortunately. The west coast beaches were AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL. A highlight of our trip was a luxury catamaran trip with "Cat and the Fiddle." Top notch accommodations, service, food, etc. THE BEST EVER.
Diane was excellent and so patient. We went to Punta Cana, all inclusive, for the first time. It was the best vacation every and cant wait to plan another one with Diane - Laura G.
Diane was like an angel sent from heaven. Coming from Ohio by car with 4 kids under 5, I needed a last minute beach vaca in Cape Cod AND on a budget. I had tried to find a place myself, but was so grateful when I finally found her (through a "mom's" advice website) and she explained to me why the places I had thought of would not be best for my family and our needs. After booking through Diane, the hotel tried to say that I could not book myself and 4 kids all in one room and would need to book 2 separate rooms (even though there was no indication otherwise at the time of booking). Diane went to bat for me with the resort to save me DOUBLE the price it would have cost (and would have led me to otherwise lose my deposit since I could not obviously leave some of my small children in a room unattended!). But this notwithstanding, the place she chose for us was PERFECT beyond words. I cannot have asked for a better accommodation or a literally stress free week at the beach with 4 small kids (and that says a LOT!!). Positive and priceless family memories ONLY!

Diane has booked two trips for me - Iceland and Berlin. I went to both destinations after seeing a 'bargain' trip advertised on-line. However, being the skeptic I am, I wanted a travel expert to vet the offer and customize and personalize a package for me. In both cases, Diane was able to customize a package for nearly the same price as the 'bargain' with her package including direct flights with more desirable flight times on major carriers, accommodations in a 'better' location that more specifically met our needs, and excursions planned around our schedule. From beginning to end, you and your vacation are important to Diane. She is a knowledgeable professional with an eye on customer service and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never been on a trip before without my parents let alone planed one! I am a senior in college and I had no clue where to start!
