These days you can't just ramble around foreign countries and expect to get admitted to museums, tours and experiences without prior arrangements. Lisa Gray helped us map out a detailed itinerary in Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague, including boat tours, train travel, hotel pickups and transfers, and air travel. Overall everything went smoothly; our first-class train trip from Berlin to Prague was canceled suddenly due to construction on the line so we had to scramble at the Berlin Central Station, but we had a great time and couldn't have explored all these museums and city experiences without Lisa's expertise and assistance.

My wife and I just got home from a great visit around Scotland, Ireland and Wales. The trip was well-planned from our flight out of LA, to all our tour bus and hotels, sightseeing locations, events, and dinners. I've known Lisa at Cruise Planners for several years but this is the first time I've utilized her services. My partner and I planned to get married in Italy, Lake Como. We already had a wedding planner on board, but after the wedding we wanted to plan a trip through Italy with our new extended family (mainly our adult kids). I contacted Lisa and she quickly organized a trip for 8 of us from Milan, to Florence, Venice and Rome. My wife didn't want to hassle with public transportation so Lisa organized private transportation between our hotels at each location. Our hotels were amazing, high-quality, and right in the center of the action, walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to see. Lisa also arranged private tours for us in each of the cities. The tours were all on-time and top-notch. Overall a fantastic time was had by our whole family. Lisa was very responsive and patient with us during the planning process, she turned around new itineraries and other changes quickly, she also worked within our budget. Lisa Gray has been planning trips for me since 2014. Every one of them (Europe, Bora Bora, Mexico and others)have been great and have made my travel experience fun and easy. She’s extremely patient and takes all your needs into consideration. Once you get to your destination you truly don’t need to worry about anything, she has handled it all. My latest trip was last month (Feb.2024). I wanted to return to Rio de Janeiro to experience Carnaval. I wanted to be right on the beach and the hotel she chose was perfect. The breakfast was included which was delicious. The Carnaval experience was smooth and I felt safe at all times. She set it up for us so we went with a tourist group and it was truly unforgettable! I highly recommend her!

This trip was a do-over for our original trip planned for 2020 that was canceled, and it turned out better than expected. We did a Celebrity Apex cruise around the UK that started and ended in Amsterdam. Lisa let us know about the Floriade Expo (a once every 10 year event) happening in the Netherlands at the time of our travel that was near Amsterdam (quick train ride to Almere region). We made sure to allow enough time before our cruise to include it in our itinerary. Knowing that we wanted to maximize our time in Europe, she also suggested a river cruise in addition to our ocean cruise. We did the Emerald Luna from Amsterdam to Nuremberg, our first river cruise. Everything was so wonderful and it was a trip of a lifetime. Our next trip to Mediterranean is already booked and I know Lisa will take great care of us for that one as well.

I have to say this cruise trip to Alaska was an amazing experience. We were beyond nervous being on a ship for 7 days but Lisa made sure to guide us through every single thing about this trip and she was very helpful, efficient, and generous to print our boarding passes, luggage tags and mailed it to me. I am still reminsicing about my wonderful trip to Italy this summer. We recently returned from a wonderful week long (actually short) vacation on Maui for 10 family members arranged by Lisa Gray of Seven Seas Vacations. EVERYTHING went perfectly, thanks to the care and efforts of Lisa. When we got flights, we all had assigned seating together on a flight from our closest airport at the desired time. The condos were in a lovely development with all the amenities we had requested and then some. The car rentals were from a top brand name company who took care of us well. The customer service person was very capable to take care of our needs. The insurance she recommended was comparable to what I found on the web.
Having Lisa and her travel agency many miles from us was no problem with contact by both email and phone. Lisa always responded to my emails immediately, and she was always available by phone for questions. She stayed within my budget and I feel she obtained a very good price for all our needs.
I plan to use Lisa and Seven Seas Travel for any future travel and will recommend her to friends and family.
