We had a fantastic trip to New Orleans with our group of 5! Booking was a breeze. We just had to show up and have fun. And we did! …Except for the part where we missed our flight home. Wait, we used Cruise Planners, no need to worry! Melissa got on the phone, worked her magic, and got all 5 of us on the next flight at no upcharge while we enjoyed New Orleans for a couple of extra hours. If you’re on the fence about using an agent in this day of online booking, think again. When things go wrong, (and don’t they always at least once every trip?) you need an expert in your corner! I worked with Melissa Norris for weeks to plan a cruise to Alaska for three of my grandchildren as a senior trip with my husband and I for the first of June. We wanted to take my son to Germany for his graduation gift. We had not traveled outside of the country before other than Mexico or Canada. Melissa set up our trip for 4 days in Frankfurt and 4 days in Berlin. Very nice and reasonable hotels with fabulous breakfasts. Wonderful sight seeing tours and time to wander.
