Susan Rutan is a pro!! We had been wanting to take a Danube River Cruise for sometime and finally decided at the last minute to do it. By then, almost every cruise we were interested in was booked for the dates we wanted. She found us a cabin we were unable to find on our own. She let us know what to expect if the Danube River water levels were low. They were, but we were prepared because of Susan and very much enjoyed the trip.- Jesus G.

Susan Rutan was a superhero when my cruise plans fell through due to CoVid last year. She handled everything. I'm so glad to have relied on her expertise.

Do not waste time going elsewhere. I and my group of friends and acquaintances have been booking with Susan Rutan at Passion for travel for years and she never disappoints! She's well known for sneaking in extra treats and upgrades just because she can????????????????????
Back in 2015 my wife sent me a link to something called Fibro Cruise.....focusing on cruise, I said "yes, let's go!". I didn't put much thought into the Fibro part of it, but wow it was life changing! I met so many people from different walks of life that I would never have thought I'd have anything in common with. 5 Fibro Cruises later (and number 6 booked) this is the vacation we look forward to most each year! Between the educational sessions, group activities, visiting great ports and the relaxation....I can't think of a better vacation!- Michael P.
Great cruise! great Food! Great Cruise planner!!- Norma M.

Dear Emerald,
I wanted to take the time to thank you for a wonderful vacation. Everything went smoothly and we had so much fun. Thank you for accommodating our needs. The Grand was a great hotel choice. It was elegant and quaint. You went above and beyond for us.
We have many good memories and I was happy the company of all my children and grand children for over a week. This has not happened in the last five years.
Special thanks for the lovely souvenir album.
Kindest regards,
Susan, our cruise on NCL - Jade to the Greek Islands and pre/post cruise hotel stay in Venice Italy - was nothing short of spectacular! We truly enjoyed ourselves and thanks to you, our vacation was virtually worry free. In the planning stages you were so responsive to my questions. And yes, I'm sure I had a record number of questions! Your personalized attention to details, coordinating reservations with ship, airlines, hotel, and prearranged transportation transfers was greatly appreciated. It was indeed reassuring to just 'show up' at designated meeting points and have a 'greeter' with my name in hand - and clear directions where to board our water-taxi. Thank you ever so much!!! Your passion for planning cruise vacations results in the most memorable experiences.
Wholeheartedly,
Pam
Susan....thanks for all the work you did to make our first cruise so special! LOVED Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Pearl! Had a fabulous time from the time we landed in Florida for our cruise to Bahamas, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel till the time we boarded the plane home. Awesome! And a special thank you for having our stateroom decorated up so sweetly for my birthday!
Had a great time on the Mexico Holland America cruise for Christmas! Susan, you did a fantastic job setting up a relaxing, fun vacation! Thank you!!!
