I was worried about picking the right cruise and honestly did not have the time while wedding planning. So I decided to use Lou! And not only did he make planning a breeze, he exceeded my expectations in every way! I had a lot of questions before the cruise and he was able to answer all of them in a timely manner. He even helped me put a suggested packing list together specifically for my destination. Day of our cruise, our layover flight got delayed and I was panicking that we would miss the “all aboard”, Lou personally called the ship crew for me and notified them of the issue, they were waiting for us at the luggage claim, crisis averted thanks to Lou! Then when we got to our room there were chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us from Lou to start our honeymoon celebration. Oh and did I mention, Lou made sure to book us a room on the side of the ship that would always be the opposite of the dock…so that meant we got unobstructed views on our balcony at every single port, it was incredible! If you want to book a cruise, you better use Lou!
Lou, our travel agent was wonderful everything went well, no problems whatsoever with the Flights, or boarding the ship.
First of all our agent Lou Bruno is terrific to work with. When you call, he gets back to you in a timely manner. You never have to make another call. He gets deals that are fantastic. Lou is personable, efficient and really cares about his customers.

Hello Louis! Just want to share that we had a fantastic time on the cruise. The ship was fantastic...I absolutely loved the ship! The service was top of the line, the food was very good, the entertainment was good, embarkation and debarkation went very well, very smoothly. Visiting the Panama Canal was special, the other two ports of call in Limon, Costa Rica and Grand Cayman Island were very nice/went very well. Overall, we are very pleased with how everything went; we had a wonderful time, far exceeding our expectations. Looking forward to booking our next cruise!
