I want to thank you for helping me through my travel adventures, and then following up with insurance with Allianz and United. Coming home has been overwhelming due to personal reasons, but you eased some of that frustration by handling the details for me get my money back from extra expenses.

Our first cruise was fantastic. Dave took care of all the booking details and made helpful suggestions along the way. We have already booked another cruise for next year with Dave’s help.
Dave was with us through the difficult travel time during covid. He helped switch our plans 3 times, got the airline to extend our ability to use the funds for the canceled tickets, and even helped us get an upgraded room because the prices had fallen. He seriously spent an enormous amount of time with our changes, always with a happy voice and excellent service. We've already passed his name on to our kids and others.
Roger is helpful and always available to answer questions, search for deals and offer up suggestions with a good sense of humor!

Dave Rodrigues and his team have to be the best travel agent there is out there! This is my 2nd overseas trip that Dave has handled for me. I live in Ohio and Dave is in Phoenix. Communication was seamless with email and phone conversations. Every detail was discussed and planned because Dave asks questions to determine your wants and needs. Dave did all the legwork and arrangements. With Dave's previous experience with river cruises, he provided great advice, insight and perspective. My trip was complicated because, at the last minute, my husband couldn't go so a dear friend went with me instead. Because of Dave's persistence, Viking finally allowed me to change partners since initially they said it couldn't be done at such short notice. Another issue was that due to COVID, our cruise was scheduled 3 times, yes 3, before it actually took place. Dave treated me with great patience and never complained about the extra work he was doing to make it happen! I believe he works day and night because, when our flights were suddenly changed by British Airways on our return trip he was available to communicate this with me in spite of the time change in Europe. Truly, I would highly recommend him for travel, no matter where you live!- Patricia G.

This was our first cruise. Getting there was easy. The check-in process was easy. Our first impression of the ship was fabulous. The ship was beautiful. Lots to do, easy to get around and very friendly staff on board. We relaxed a little and stayed up late a little and basically did as much as we could. It was fun because we were with friends and it was Christmas. Islands were clean and picturesque. To many other cruise ships made it a little busy shopping and to use local transportation. We will do it again. David our travel agent handled everything. Airfare, hotels, ship activities and dining. He checked with us upon our return to get feedback. I would recommend this to people who have cruised before, it was a bit much for first timers. But we still liked it and look forward to our next cruise. - Susan H.
