Jeanne Mirisola has been our travel agent for a number of years; we also consider her a good friend. She goes above and beyond what is expected of a travel agent, always working hard to find us the best deal, cruise, stateroom, travel, hotel, transfers, etc. If we have questions, she usually has the answers; if she doesn’t, she asks her fellow travel agents and does her research. However, she usually sends us all the answers to questions we didn’t know enough to ask!
We obviously think she’s the best; otherwise we wouldn’t have recommended her to our friends and relatives. On every cruise, we raise a glass to toast Jeanne – she’s the best.

" Last October my wife and I decided to book a Mediterranean cruise for June 2006. I did a little research on the Internet and found the itinerary we both could agree on. The Norwegian Jewel was in our price range. We went to the AAA travel agent and we were told that they did not book cruises for Norwegian Cruise line. We were very disappointed when they tried to sell us a cruise that was out of our price range.
When we returned from the travel agency I went on line and found Cruise Planners. They had the cruise we were looking for and in our price range. I am 48 years old and I have always done business face to face. I was not comfortable doing business with someone over the Internet. Well we took the chance and e-mailed Jeanne Mirisola and asked a few questions about Cruise Planners. She quickly put our mind at ease.
We went ahead and booked our cruise. As the time for the cruise grew closer I had many questions. Every time I e-mailed Jeanne she responded quickly with the answers I needed. During this process she did manage to upgrade our cabin after our final payment.
We had a wonderful cruise thanks to Jeanne and Cruise Planners. They did provide us with a few pleasant surprises before and during our great excursion. I would not hesitate to use their service in the future.

"Just got back from experiencing our first real cruise and what an enjoyable experience. Right from our first contact with Jeanne on up to our return home, the cruise experience was wonderful. Jeanne guided us through the choices of cabin size, location onboard and what to expect along the way - not to mention the price reductions. Our limo driver was very courteous, timely both on the trip down to the pier in Boston and picking us up after the cruise to bring us home. Every little detail went off without a hitch. She helped us plan a trouble free vacation to California and a 2 week Celebrity cruise to Hawaii (November 2005). "My Partner (wife-to-be) and I have known Jeanne, well it seems all our life, but in actual fact only a few years, that is the effect Jeanne has on her clients. Because when you book a cruise through Jeanne, which we do all the time now, you quickly move from client to friend status. We live in the Northern Ireland and that statement in its self should prove to any disbeliever reading this that Jeanne provides a Cruise Planning Service and friendship like no other.
Like us you have probably scanned the Internet and teletext channels looking for that elusive cruise bargain. You may even see them, but watch out for the hidden charges that they don’t advertise.
With Cruise Planners / Jeanne, there are no hidden extras. There is just excellent service and Jeanne will try to accommodate any special request. (Which we always have, Honeymoon Cruise!!)
We could not recommend Jeanne or the service she provides highly enough. Everything was so wonderful! When you said wine and a picture, I didn't realize it was 4 bottles of wine--wonderful! Our connections were great. At Venice, we were delayed because of a controllers strike in Venice. There was a girl with a Holland America sign and I went over to her, and she gave us personal service all the way to the hotel. Our dinner table assignments were great; we fit well together and began doing everything together. We also had a voucher for dinner for two in the Pinnacle Grill on board. I didn't know if that was you or Holland America but it was great --had baked Alaska for desert. I gave your name to our two dinner couples because they were so impressed with everything you had done for us --me too!
Out stateroom was larger than I thought it would be. It had a king size bed with a night stand on each side (for the width), a big picture window looking outside, a loveseat with side table and coffee table. In front of it, a dresser (mirror and drawers) with a plasma TV mounted above it. Four closets (about 3 feet wide). The bathroom had a tub and shower combo, I thought was spacious. We were so busy with shore excursions that I didn't even get to use all the places on the ship. The weather was beautiful the whole trip and no to very little movement of the ship. I can't thank you enough and can hardly wait to use you again.

"When we decided to do a cruise for our vacation, I looked up in the phone book and picked Cruise Planners (Jeanne E. Mirisola). It was the best thing I ever did. She listened as I told her what my family and I are looking for in a cruise. When we were going to do something other than a cruise during the process, she was even willing to help us there also. No matter what we decided, she was there and ready to help us out.
Well, we finally decided on the cruise. About a couple months before the cruise, we had some problems with the airlines getting us there as planned. She ironed out those problems and even arranged everything from getting us the airlines and accommodations that we wanted to get to the cruise on time.
The cruise that we were on, with the help of Jeanne, went so smoothly from start to finish.
