My cruise planner Pete McCain, worked with me to find the perfect cruise for me on the dates that I had available for my vacation. Once we found the right cruise, he went over all the different types of rooms and the prices associated with each of them. Pete was able to answer any questions I had for him and always responded to my emails quickly. My Royal Caribbean app showed my dining time as 5:30 but when I ask Pete, he reassured me that it was at 7:30. He also went over the travel insurance options with me and recommended that I purchase it, just because you never know what can happen. It was a good thing because Hurricane Milton was waiting in the Gulf of Mexico as we set sail. We didn’t have an issues but we’re glad we had the trip insurance. Azamara put us through hell with their website migration during our trip planning, but Tawnee was there every step of the way dealing with Azamara directly and shielding us from having to deal with it all. But putting the website headaches aside, what a great trip... more than we ever imagined (Italy Intensive voyage). Venice, Florence, Statue of David, Pompeii, Leaning Tower, Islands of Sicily and Elba... WOW!!! Took hundreds of pictures!! So much fun!

Elliot made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I was reluctant to book with Elliot because it sounded like such a great deal. My neighbor and I both booked the cruise. We have already booked the next one, a trip to Alaska next summer. I actually did not go on this cruise, the one you are asking about, because of a positive COVID-19 test. However, my neighbor who also booked the cruise did go. My wife and I spend last evening with them, watching the videos and looking at the pictures they took on the cruise and listening to their cruise stories. We were jealous but are looking forward to our Alaska cruise.

Our cruise on Celebrities Apex in January 2022 was a wonderful relaxing experience in large part to our agent Julie Iravondo. During this very difficult time with a new Covid outbreak Julie kept us all informed of changes and new protocols and she flexibly dealt with last minute changes to schedules and numbers in our group and still managed to get us the best accommodations at the best rate possible. My Alaskan trip was a trip of a lifetime, no words or pictures can describe how beautiful Alaska is. Cruise Planners and Jerry Roach did an awesome job making sure this was a vacation that will always be remembered. From the cruise package to the on site tours, everything was done to perfection. And the sunshine they ordered after the area had 13 straight days of rain really help our trip. Make sure take the Tram in Juneau and also a helicopter ride to the glacier. Ketchikan was our favorite spot.
