Trip to Negril was an Awesome! Sandals Negril was the most relaxing place. Ive been fortunate to visit a few all in inclusive resorts but none as peaceful. The water was smooth, like bay water. The staff was cautious and Covid compliant. AS always should have stayed longer..

Marilee, words cannot express how much we appreciate all you did for us in planning our itinerary to Alaska, despite the fact that we were foregoing a land tour with our cruise ship and were opting to go it alone. Our trip was absolutely fantastic, in large part due to your input, connections, and knowledge. You were able to get us a great rate at a luxury hotel in Fairbanks near the airport where we could get over our jet lag before meeting friends; you found us a hotel in Anchorage to match our budget that was right where the action was in historic downtown; your recommendation to take the trolley tour in Anchorage was spot on -- and another real value for the money; your suggestion to take a post-cruise tour so as to have somewhere to store our luggage all day while we awaited our red-eye flight home worked out beautifully as we were able to see some of Vancouver. I could go on but just really want to give praise where it is due and that is to YOU! We will be calling you again!

As to the trip, it was wonderful and I so appreciate all you did behind the scenes to make it so. The weather was beautiful, but truly hot. It would suck the air our of your lungs. The cruise ship was incredible and I learned to navigate it very well. I averaged 15k steps per day just walking the ship. I had an indoor routine which was grat. The steps were a challenge at first, however, by toward the end of the wek I could do the 16 flights without feeling my lungs come into my throat. I worked at it numerous times every day until I could go for 2 floors easily, then 4, then 6, etc. I was amazed at how much steps require as we don't have any in The Villages to speak of. I'm a treadmill girl, not a stepper, so it was like cross-training for me.
The exxcursions were great and Ben loaded his Go-Pro with wonderful videos. He really enjoyed the Maho airplane experience and we had 3 planes go directly overhead with 5 minutes of getting to the beach. The Atlantis was incredible and I won a little in the casino which off-set what Ben lost!! LOL
St. Thomas and St. Maarten were beautiful, but HOT!! I didn't really do much shopping, as my friends do whenever they come. Actually, most all I purchased was onboard except for one dress.
The food and service were great on the ship. We only ate at the main seating twice as we enjoyed the Solarium Bistro upstairs. The buffet was ok in the Windjammer considering how many they prepared for, but it was difficult to get anything hot and alot of the dishes were things I didn't really care for. I'm pretty basic!
Our room steward was adorable and we couldn't have asked for better service. We felt like we had a friend when we left. The entertainment was remarkable. I really enjoyed Fly With Me, The Oasis of Dreams Aqua Show, Frozen In Time, and Cats was beyond good. We don't really do the adult comedy ciecuit, so I can't cpmment on that.
It was truly memorable Marilee, and I want to thank you so much for everything! Without your assistance there is no way it would have been as wonderful as it was!

My husband and I took my parents on a Royal Caribbean cruise to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary -- all had a fabulous time!
This was our 12th cruise but first time booking through a travel agent. I wasn’t sure what to expect. (Would we end up paying more? Would I lose control over the booking? Would the agent be responsive?)
Marilee was fantastic! (Answers my questions: no, no, and absolutely yes!) To cite just a few examples, she was able to get us into a particular cabin that appeared to be unavailable on Royal Caribbean’s website and other travel websites, arranged for comprehensive yet affordable travel insurance, and provided us with onboard credit on top of that provided by Royal Caribbean. She also made sure all of our questions were answered and we had everything we needed. She even surprised my parents with a bottle of wine -– how thoughtful!
While we knew exactly what sailing and which rooms we wanted, I have no doubt Marilee -- who is an expert on the cruise industry (as well as other travel opportunities) -- would be a great resource for travelers seeking advice and recommendations on when to travel, where to go, including specific itineraries, ships, etc. Marilee always made us feel like we were her only clients and that her sole concern was to ensure that we had the best possible vacation experience.

I contacted Marilee at Cruise Planners in search of a short birthday cruise. Not only did she find the perfect cruise leaving from Orlando(Port Canaveral) but the balcony suite was amazing. I was upgraded to a top deck where all the action was. Marilee stayed in contact with me and prior to the departure, she made sure I had everything I needed, from the cruise documents all the way to the parking!

I would like to share with you my experiences on a recent cruise. I went on a Royal Caribbean cruise with the American Adversary group put together my travel agent Marilee Terp. This was about my 25th cruise but the second one without my wife who has Alzheimer’s.
I was especially touched how Marilee made sure I was included in group activities. She arranged a fabulous kitchen tour and also arrange for me to dine in Chops House, a specialty restaurant aboard the ship. It was completely booked and I could not get a reservation. But thanks to Marilee, she arranged for me not only to dine there, but dine with great like-minded people who are now friends.

We all had a great time. I think all thirteen of us agree that this was the best family vacation ever (by far). The food was great, the all-inclusive drinks were good and the extra things that they offer like sail boarding, sailing instructions and snorkeling were a very big hit. My oldest daughter took the catamaran sailing instructions to refresh her sailing skills and then went out several times with my grandson on her own. They loved it. The staff there, even though they don’t get tips, were the friendliest we have come across. The excursions (not included in the price, but pretty reasonable) were professionally run and worth the price. I went on the Dunn’s River Falls excursion with four others and we had a great time. Others went horseback riding and mudding. You did a great job of setting this up. We all loved the rooms and my youngest daughter and her youngest daughter even got a free upgrade to the concierge level.
My granddaughter and I tried checking her two youngest into the childcare program while she went horseback riding. Neither of the kids like it and we got a call about an hour later to pick them up. My wife and I got to take care of them the rest of the afternoon, but, all in all, that was the only disappointing part of the trip. My granddaughter declined to use the day care for any of her three children the rest of the trip.

All I can really say is THANK YOU! This has been a crazy year for me, and this cruise was heaven! Everything was so well organized for me, and I did not have to think about anything other than what I was going to put in my suitcase. The trip itself was so peaceful! I slept a lot, and sat on a lounge chair and read, and ate food, and slept time with my wonderful friends. I could not have asked for a more relaxing weekend. And on a personal note, thank you so much for my beautiful bracelet. I do not have much jewelry and that piece is especially beautiful (and not just because it is the best color :-)

Hi Marilee,
We had a wonderful time in our cruise with the Carnival Liberty. The whole crew was very professional and very friendly including the waiters, the housekeeping people, the dancers that did the shows and everyone in the ship. The food was amazing, our kids ate a lot, I need to put then in a diet. We bought lots of pictures for future memories, souvenirs, etc. We really enjoyed all our stops in all the islands, we did some snorkeling, jets ski, and the water was beautiful color blue. We really had a great time.

My wife, son, and I wanted to take our first cruise vacation, but we didn't know where to start. We checked lots of travel web sites to get an idea of prices. The information on those sites wasn't overwhelming, but it was a little confusing. I had heard Marilee's advertisements on AM-660's drive time show (The American Adversaries), so I checked her web site and decided to give her a call. Her prices were right in line with the prices we found on the other travel sites, but the best part was that we had a live local person who could answer all of our questions -- and we asked LOTS of questions -- and make all of the arrangements for us!!! She worked with us from beginning to end to ensure we understood every aspect of the cruise and to make sure we had an unforgettable time. She even called us a few hours after the cruise ended to make sure everything was all right! That's service! We sailed on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas (out of Port Canaveral) and had an absolutely fantastic time! We will be Marilee's customers for life! She's the best!
