We traveled on the AmaVenita to cruise the Rhine River in September 2025. The ship was beautiful and the crew was impeccable all while we were able to see the Rhine River gorge, castles, and historic cities. Cruise Planners made arrangements so the trip was seamless, the itinerary was full of history, and every detail was covered.
Sarah is an amazing travel agent. She booked a fabulous trip to Switzerland and Italy for us in the summer of 2025. She helped us find amazing activities and places to stay. Wish I could do that kind of trip every year. Then, was looking at a cruise online and Sarah found us a way better price than what the website showed with some upgrades included!!
It was the best trip ever! All the drivers were great. We had a great time. The driver that picked us up in Naples to go to Pompeii helped us re-organize when a huge storm closed the park so we couldn’t go. We ended up having a sumptuous lunch at Tiberius restaurant. The only issue was the one lunch in amalfi. The restaurant seated us in a lovely dining room with two or three other quiet couples at other tables. It was great for the first few minutes but then a tour bus group of about 30 came in and were seated right next to us. They are very loud and our service immediately dropped to just barely being noticed. When I asked to be seated outside so the noise wouldn’t bother my hearing (deaf in one ear makes it very hard to hear) they refused. Finally at the end of lunch we again asked them to move and we were moved to the outside balconwhicj was empty and gorgeous. So lunch wild have been really amazing except for that. We really enjoyed the winery tour with Marbella (so) she was lovely and wonderful. I felt like the restaurant thought more of themselves than they did of their guests.

Sarah made sure this was the stress-free vacation we needed by handling all the details in advance. She checked in with is in the lead up to the trip to make sure there were no wrinkles that needed to be ironed out. She is, quite simply, outstanding.

Sarah did a great job putting together options for us and helping us choose the right excursions. The only feedback is about the times listed for port arrival and departure times. I was relying on this CP app for that information and it was incorrect. I should have looked at what the NCL had sent me as it had the correct times over 2 weeks before we sailed, Fortunately it only impacted us one day for an excursion but I was very concerned one evening when everyone said we had to be back on ship at 8:30 and I was still seeing that ship left port at 6. I had to double check with many people. Everything else was beautiful.

What can I say? You need Sarah as your travel agent. She took care of everything we needed and then some. We had planned a pretty adventurous (aggressive? haha) journey to Washington state for a weekend wedding and then out to Hawaii for our anniversary. It was a 2-week affair with a lot of moving pieces to coordinate (VA>SEA>HNL>KONA>VA). When you're the primary parent for a preschooler and you own your own small business too, it leaves little time to plan a huge vacation like this and honestly I am so incredibly thankful to Sarah for taking on booking all of the flights+hotels+rentals we needed while also keeping our travel preferences in mind so well!! Truly such a relief to let an expert like her to take care of our travel plans. Not only that but she had the forethought to find us a hotel/condo unit WITH a washer/dryer for our last leg, which was pure genius. It allowed us to pack lighter, knowing we'd be able to wash mid-way through. It's not just the big picture she sees, but it's the little details too. Simply amazing!

What can I say? Sarah is simply the best. She's incredible at what she does. We were planning a major 2 week trip from the east coast to the west coast to beyond that with a 5 yo and to say it was a relief to have someone trustworthy and communicative booking everything for me (a busy full-time mom & small business owner) is an understatement. I was usually the one researching and booking everything myself pre-kids so to actually not have to do that for the first time in my adult life, and for such a big trip, is such an incredible blessing. Our travels took us from Northern VA>Seattle>Whidbey Island>Oahu>Big Island>VA. She took care of our flights, our hotel stays, and car rentals from Seattle to Hawaii and back to the east coast, while doing so with our travel preferences in mind too. Her suggestion to book us a rental with washer/dryer for the last leg of our trip was pure genius. Not only were we able to pack lighter for a long trip but we pretty much returned with already washed clothes to put away. It's the little thoughtful details like that that made our experience with Sarah so amazing! THANK YOU SARAH!!!

This trip was extremely important as my sister, my best buddy from High School (which was a LONG time ago) and I took Mom on this trip, celebrating her 82nd birthday. Sarah’s exceptional knowledge, patience, active listening to what our goals were for this trip, enthusiasm, and creative ideas resulted in truly, a “Trip of a Lifetime”. The lodging arrangements she recommended and secured were exceptional, we took several tours that she identified for us, which provided an amazing array of wildlife to see, stunning landscape to experience, and new knowledge to gain about the entire Yellowstone ecosystem from our extremely knowledgeable and insightful local guides. She answered myriad questions I raised before we went, and did additional research to identify solutions. She was a superb travel agent, and I have already secured her travel services for an upcoming overseas trip in 2025! She provided noteworthy customer service, was kind, and is someone I have been recommending to my friends and family. I choose to travel with Sarah as our travel agent in the future and I look forward to additional adventures to come!!

First time cruiser. Debra arranged my entire travel for me, including the accessible room and scooter so I could enjoy this experience this trip on Harmony of the Seas.

I have taken group cruises to Alaska and the Eastern Caribbean with Debra and had a wonderful time. She understands your medical and physical needs and insures they are all met. Also she arranges some fun excursions for us mobility challenged on her group cruises. She is also honest with you if she feels some of your choices might not be the best for you. I love traveling with Debra and her husband Steve.
Debra is the best! She is knowledgeable and ready to be of any kind of assistance when needed.
I've been on many trips with Easy Access Travel. They have all been great and very memorable.
