When we we started looking at cruises, I was hesitant about a 7 day cruise. After speaking with Kelly about it, we decided to go ahead and book. She was so helpful. She answered all my questions. Her husband also reprinted our documents and mailed them a 2nd time due to me not updating our address since our last trip. We really enjoyed our trip and will be doing another 7 days in the future. For us, it really was the perfect length. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to relax when we wanted to.

From start to finish, Lori planned my long-awaited vacation. Everything she researched and booked was based on my interests and preferences. It’s the extra things she does that make her different from other travel agents. Just a few examples: She mailed hard copies and emailed soft copies of my itinerary and other documents. We’ve used Kelly multiple times for cruising, but this was our first trip to a all-inclusive. Upon personal reviews from Kelly we decided to book one she had visited, since cruising is ultimately out of the question right now. We’ve had 3 cruises cancelled, and needed a vacation badly to somewhere warm! Once again she did not disappoint. She kept us updated about international travel guidelines with Covid testing and what the resort was doing on their end to make sure that we as guests would have to do incase we did test positive. Again we are completely satisfied with her services, we will continue to use her and I encourage anyone looking for a travel agent to use her. You will not be disappointed!

I always have the best cruise vacations with Kelly booking our cruises. We just got off the Carnival Glory on Jan 26. She did an excellent job of coordinating our group of 22 and making all our cruisers feel special. We had a number of first timers and Kelly always took the time to help each of us and answer questions and concerns promptly, proficiently and professionally.
