Not only did he hook us up with onboard credit, he also had a nice surprise delivered to our room for our 8th wedding anniversary! :) Tim was able to answer all of our questions and make sure that we had the best vacation ever! I can't believe we were able to get this great service and expertise at no additional cost, it was literally the same price as carnival's website. Our cruise was relaxing even though I spent most of the time in bed with my knee elevated. Thanks to our cruise planner Tim, our finding a cruise and securing it was a breeze! We were able to stay in the same room when our son and wife joined us on our second half of the back to back cruise.

My Family had Cruised with Kelly Brewer before and it was amazing, when I decided to take Walt Disney World Trip I knew I was going to need some help. From start to finish, Lori planned my long-awaited vacation. Everything she researched and booked was based on my interests and preferences. It’s the extra things she does that make her different from other travel agents. Just a few examples: She mailed hard copies and emailed soft copies of my itinerary and other documents. Sent packing lists and reminders of when paperwork and forms were due (visa requirements etc) that helped me stay organized and get ahead of my normal do it at the last minute tendencies!

We’ve used Kelly multiple times for cruising, but this was our first trip to a all-inclusive. Upon personal reviews from Kelly we decided to book one she had visited, since cruising is ultimately out of the question right now. We’ve had 3 cruises cancelled, and needed a vacation badly to somewhere warm! Once again she did not disappoint. She kept us updated about international travel guidelines with Covid testing and what the resort was doing on their end to make sure that we as guests would have to do incase we did test positive. Again we are completely satisfied with her services, we will continue to use her and I encourage anyone looking for a travel agent to use her. You will not be disappointed!
