Ivan Lai has been our travel agent for many years. He helped us book our Alaska Cruise on Holland America (Eurodam) for August 2023. Two friends joined us on this trip, their first cruise. Ivan answered their questions and communicated key dates for deposits, booking excursions, and planning airfare. He even helped provide the all-important packing list of what to bring to Alaska.
Ivan helped us pick the best date to go! The captain told us we had "the best weather of the season" for our week in Alaska. Ivan booked us for early dinner seating, and we had one of the best tables in the dining room. We loved our vacation, thanks to Ivan's careful planning and advice!

Ivan and Jenny helped us plan a river cruise on the Rhine. We planned to do it ourselves, but the competing claims and confusing pricing of the cruise lines made it near impossible to figure out. So we contacted Cruise Planners based mostly on their Yelp reviews.
Ivan was quick to understand what we wanted to do and were willing to pay. He presented several options that were much better than what we had found online. He handled both our ship and airline reservations. When United messed-up our seating at the last minute, he dropped everything and went to bat for us. He also gave some excellent suggestions for hotels and excursions for our stay in Amsterdam.

We are extremely happy with the quality of service that we received from Jenny and Ivan.
They helped my family with a Northern European cruise and we had a blast. We were a little nervous at first because we weren't sure with the visa situation and being in a new country. But, everything was planned out perfectly and well organized that we didn't have any problems at all.

We recently joined the 7-Night Alaska- Hubbard Glacier Cruise by Celebrity Century; and this cruise was amazing! The designated check in area was fast and easy experience. All the workers were friendly and eager to help with questions. The check in service was phenomenal; but the service after we boarded the ship was even better. Workers on the ship were very aware of their customers and quick to help with any questions that the guests might have had. The selection offered by the buffet is sure to please any preferences. There was a wide selection and with every meal more choices were introduced at the buffet. Our first evening meal was a sit-down meal, pre-arranged, at the grand restaurant. Our waiters, Duje and Wigner, provided excellent service not only that night, but also throughout our whole stay with every meal that we had. The menu at the grand restaurant had a wide variety with every passing day. There were many choices of entertainment offered on the ship. The cleanliness of the ship was impressive.
Celebrity Century is definitely our first choice for our next cruise!

Moving a group of 14 people onto a cruise was never easy. Different availability dates, diversified interests, personal preferences on routing, cruise lines, ......., to the extent of dinning arrangements had to be dealt with. Thanks to Jenny and Ivan for this pre-cruise work. Their knowledge and patience in working along with all individuals resulted in a compromise for the group to board their Baja Mexico cruise this late April.
Cruisers could feel the care from Jenny & Ivan with the blocking of cabins, reminders on what to bring, the need for land tour, use of on-board-credit, travel insurance, and making sure there's no negative surprise by calling the group the last minute before boarding at Long Beach.
What impressed the undersigned, organizer for this group, was that at the farewell lunch after disembarkation on the last day of cruise, members of the group already put forth suggested dates and destinations for Jenny & Ivan to help work out the next cruise in 2014. When we planned our visit to Hawaii last Christmas, I was so thankful to have Ivan and Jenny to be our travel agent. Ivan booked the tour and airtickets for us to the islands, without him doing that for us in advance, we will not be able to join any tours as all of them were fully booked by the time we arrived in Hawaii. Ivan also took his time researching for us where to go, what to do and eat, and he was so thoughtful on small things such as where to buy a local SIM card at a cheap rate……etc. and gave us advices. We had a real good time. Ivan, I want to take this opportunity to thank you again for your “BIG†help.
Now we are planning for our next trip on a cruise, again, Jenny and Ivan are so helpful and sometimes I feel very sorry to bother them so much. Some days I might call or email them several times a days and Jenny or Ivan respond so quickly, most of the time they answer all of my questions via e-mail or phone within short, especially Jenny, she is very patient going through the details. Jenny demonstrates professionalism, commitment and provides excellent customer service. She is very thoughtful and meticulous with all details. I appreciate Jenny’s honest and straight forward opinions. We won’t be travel until end of the year, so I am sure I will be giving them more trouble before our departure but I am sure they won’t mind. We did not know our flight got cancelled last minute until we arrived at the airport. The airline couldn’t arrange another flight for us to get to Seattle before the ship departs. OMG... I can’t get on the ship!! All my money spent on the trip will be wasted. What should I do now? (By the way, lesson learned. I should have bought travel insurance) Luckily Ivan noticed our flight got cancelled and he immediately contacted us and assisted us to arrange a flight to our first port of call instead and catch up with the cruise ship. It was really a pleasant experience working with Jenny and Ivan/Cruise Planners. We were planning on our Caribbean trip when we found Jenny's card at the beauty spa we went to. Before that, we had done some online research but still felt pretty confused. Jenny was really nice and helpful. She listened to our needs and answered all of our questions (being first-time cruisers, we did have a lot of questions!!lol).
