Especially loved the shore excursions which we booked through Shore Excursions Group. Groups were much smaller than the ship’s excursions and we didn’t have to wait in lines.

The ship was amazing along with the entertainment! Disappointed in the buffet and the choices in the dining room. Just would like to see a wider variety of normal food added on occasion. Our room steward was lackluster. My bed sheets would bot even tuck in and didn’t see him until the second day when I called asking about where he was.
Grand Turk was an amazing island. I look forward to going back. The Dominican Republic was gross with trash, floating at the pier.
We had an emergency medical situation which ended up delaying our arrival into port which we ended up missing our flight. So that’s a whole other situation. I will have to deal with.
Other than that and getting sick, we had a good time

Celebrity Reflection was a little disappointing, especially after being on the Beyond. The food was mediocre, service lacking, but with a smile when you could get it. Concierge was a bust - not that many perks; loved the strawberries from you however! :) Glad I was getting more points for being in a concierge level room though. Loved the location of our rooms.
They were upselling Specialty restaurants and after a 30% off coupon and having a $100 OBC I went for it - so disappointing. I've never had a Specialty Restaurant be worth what I paid extra - the prices are so inflated. Were at the pool all morning and never had service until we were getting ready to leave at 12:30 pm for lunch. Saw our room steward maybe 2 times. The entertainment was ok, but not up to par to Beyond and very few activities to select from. The Comedy Central room was used to show a few movies, never had a comedian except for a main production night and one late night. Just thought they could have more options.
I am mostly concerned that we will be on this ship in February with FOREVER and after being on the Edge a year ago, this is going to be a let down. Just no comparison.

Sara, we all had a wonderful time, did not win at the casino, maybe next time. not complaining, however, my daughter in law, sandra farrell garcia spouse of my son, Joe Garcia, accompanied by Gloria and Becky had a terrible encounter with office personnel, I was not present, no bearing on you and your expertise way of doing business. Gloria has photos that I will share with you in a few days. After so many trips to the carribean, it finally hit me, that my family was there in Hondurus in 1525 by order of the king of Spain, and the viceroy of new spain now mexico. this is the same family that I was telling you about not too long ago. As soon as I got home I looked up the people that were there in 1525 and I confirmed what I thought. small world. keep up the good work. I have one pending trip for 2025 with sara.

Hi JJ! We had a wonderful time on our Italian cruise and our three days in Tuscany! Everything we saw was so beautiful! Jj Kuykendall did an outstanding job as she served our group of more than 50 people for the Pride of America cruise around Hawaii. As a local (FL) volunteer group travel coordinator, I found JJ’s knowledge and support extremely valuable. She knew just how to resolve any of the challenges that arose in our registration process. She was wonderfully pleasant throughout necessary cruise cancellations as well as some flight complications. Additionally, she helped us to negotiate with a Honolulu hotel for a two night stay prior to our cruise. Enjoyed cruising on this large ship. Loved Central Park, it was quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed riding on the Rising Tide, so unique. Watched the younger cruisers enjoy the Flow Rider. There were plenty of activities for all ages on this cruise. Food was great and wait staff was amazing. Our Stateroom Attendant was Rever and he is by far the best there is, we will miss him the most as we disembark.

We had a wonderful trip! I can't say enough good things. We were very pleased with Uncruise Adventures and would sail with them again in a heartbeat! The service and attentiveness was exceptional. We were blessed with gorgeous weather. It truly was an all included trip. We only paid for the wine we ordered at wineries to have shipped home. Great food (What they produced in a tiny galley was amazing!) and unlimited drinks onboard and the excursions to wineries and points of interest were great. There were very knowledgeable guides with a love for the area. We also learned more than we ever expected. Thank you for the generous onboard credit. We shopped in the ship store :). We had about 70 guests on board with a crew of about 25. It was all terrific!

Dear JJ,
I just wanted to write you one more note to thank you for your generous cruise donation to this year's Bowling to Beat Cancer. This was my 6th year to host the event and it was our biggest ever by far. We raise money for breast cancer because I am a survivor and so are so many of my friends and family. And we raise money for childhood cancer in honor of my niece Elesha who was taken from us at age 5 by neuroblastoma. We are not a 501c3 but we hold the event to donate the money we raise to a charity close to our hearts. This year we raised an astonishing $16,000 to help the English family with medical bills. And Bowlero will donate approximately $1200 to Breast Cancer Research Foundation ($5 for each guest at our event). There is no way we could have done this without your support so please know I am personally so very grateful.

I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. Going through the locks was truly a great experience for me. This is truly an engineering marvel of the world. I got to take a behind the scenes tour of the ship (Valor) and that was a highlight of the trip also. We had 7 sea days and only two ports, which was a little long, but the crew made sure there was plenty to do. JJ, I thank you for taking care of us and arranging this trip. (only next time I won't be staying on the floor under the buffet restaurant). Way too much noise.

"Seemless" is the only way to accurately describe how it went. The flights, transportation, and lodging were all waiting for me. There were absolutely zero problems.
Costa Rica is an unbeatable value. The combination of short flight, minimal time change, and choices of landscape is peerless.
I never left the campus of the resort and it felt GREAT. I was tempted by some of the excursions, but it was too good to pass up the lazy days of not even lifting a finger.
Dreams was a great resort. I was very impressed by the staff. I gave them superlative ratings on the exit survey.
My work gets intense for the next 5 months. I will be looking y'all up again when my schedule fleshes out about another trip in late October/early November 2018.

We have cruised with Carnival several times in the past without any problems. This time the embarkation experience was terrible. We got on the ship at the time they gave us to be there, but we did not have our room key till approximately one and one half hours later. Our carry-on bags were hauled around with us during this time. By the time we got our room keys every one was on board with nowhere to go. It was a mess to say the least. We did not meet our room steward till 9pm that night. That was a first also. From then on, we enjoyed our trip. Will probable look at another cruise line next time.

My kids and I took our first cruise, August 4-7, 2017. Our first cruise was with Disney and we sailed on the Disney Dream. This was the perfect vacation. We enjoyed every moment. From our flight to Orlando, the Disney transportation bus, to arriving on the ship. Our flight home was delayed because of weather but we arrived home safe and sound. We were greeted on the ship like royalty! We were in a perfect world and hated to leave. Every staff member that we interacted with was extremely nice, helpful and made us feel like family. We relaxed and slept like babies. We ate the best foods, enjoyed our time at the beach in Castaway Cay, fireworks, dancing, family game shows, and the list goes on and on. I encourage everyone who hasn't taken a Disney cruise to experience the "Disney Dream" experience. It is worth every penny. My teenage daughter cried when we arrived home because she missed being on the boat. I had to reassure her that we will do this again next year. It was that good.

Everything went perfectly, except the weather in Bar Harbor, and you didn’t have anything to do with that. : ) There was fog, so the whale watching ships couldn’t go out. However, we went on a good land tour with a great guide. He was really good.

Jeff and I returned on Wednesday morning from our trip. It was absolutely amazing. We are still dealing with some jet lag, as we flew all Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. I think the highlight of the trip was in Kauai, where we took Blue Hawaiian Helicopter and flew over the coast line and inland through the canyon. The lava is still flowing and the sail by was very slow, so all could see and experience it. Every island was beautiful in its own way. We visited Pearl Harbor and the boat out to the memorial, Volcano National Park, Haleakala National Park, Puuhonua O Honaunau National Historic Park, and Kaloko-Honolohau National Historic Park. We love the national park system and I’m pretty sure these parks put us close to 40 national parks visited. We rented cars on every island and did lots of sightseeing. The boarding process for Pride of America was so simple and easy, we were on the ship in less than 30 minutes. When we arrived in our stateroom, there was a beautiful flower arrangement with no card attached. Are you responsible for those flowers, if so, Jeff and I thank you very much? We enjoyed them every day.

I would like to thank you so much for the champagne breakfast. It was so wonderful! Actually the breakfast was beyond wonderful!!! Words cannot describe our family's trip. This has been my dream since 2003 to be able to take our children to one of God's many magnificent creations. My dream has been fulfilled and we are so thankful for the Lord's blessing to have this opportunity to witness one of the most spectacular places of all. Our children set the highest bar for this trip and they said the bar was exceeded!!! It was such a marvelous vacation. Our children and grandchildren will have these memories ingrained forever. Eda was so excited from beginning to end. In fact late Friday at dinner after returning to the ship in Victoria she asked Pops what "show" would we see after we ate!!! JJ: We are back from an absolutely incredible trip. Viking took great care of us and the excursions were wonderful. With our extended trip we covered 13 cities which included churches and castles and palaces. We had Greta our GPS lady to guide us through the German part of the trip all the way to Hans and Helga's house in Saulheim and then to the airport. All four of us thank you for the wine. We sucked ours down on our first night off the ship and Ed and Mary Alice shared theirs with us on our last day in Germany. Do you remember Ed asking if we would have fall color? Well, you did well, because the trees were in full golden splendor throughout the trip, especially in Germany.

Hi, Ladies - we're home and just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip. Everything was perfect, the train ride to LA was so fun and relaxing. We got to LA right on time and the rental car was ready! The road trip to Vegas was so easy to navigate. The Luxor was nice, everyone was so friendly. Upon check in, they asked if we wanted a room upgrade for $20 a day, so we did it. We didn't stay in the actual "pyramid" but the addition next door. The room was really spacious, comfortable and had a nice soaker tub. The only negative in the hotel were the pesky time share sales people. They were relentless! We were looking for any way to avoid them, so after the 2nd day, we learned to navigate way around them, LOL. The concierge was fantastic, helped by showing us how to use the bus system and getting tickets for shows. (We're not seasoned travelers, so the little things were really fun to learn). We saw the Titanic exhibit, the Hoover Dam, drove to the Grand Canyon one day, we saw the Circ de Soleil show "O" and the night before we left, we went to Carrot Top's show and have never laughed so hard in our lives!
They train ride back was equally as relaxing, so peaceful and non-stressful. The food was fabulous everywhere we went!
I know this was a long email, but I really do want to thank all of you for helping us plan a very memorable trip for our 34th anniversary!

Just a few comments about our recent cruise on the Oasis of the Sea to the Caribbean from January 24 to January 31, 2015.
I choose to begin with our deepest appreciation for all the effort you provided for us to ensure our cruise would be pleasurable, hassle free, and enjoyable. I cannot think of any additional way you might have assisted us. Thank you JJ, you were helpful, encouraging, and assisted us through the process. And, the bottle of wine was very welcoming upon our arrival to our stateroom. Thank you.
Judy and I had a nice cruise. The weather was satisfactory, the seas were calm, the ship was incredibly large and well kept, the meals were enjoyable, the shows were very worthwhile, the staff was superb, and entering and exiting the ship went smoothly -- lines, of course, yet the process was incredibly well handled.
The Oasis is a big ship. It took us a few days to get use to its size and the various locations onboard for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Phyllis, who tended our room and Vign and Ronald who welcomed us and served our evening dinners were exceptional. I enjoyed the captains morning remarks via our onboard television. The ship, that week, had approximately 6,000 guests and 2,300 staff - over 8,000 people. People and 'fun' were always easy to find. It was more challenging to find a quiet place to be still, relax, read, and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean waters. I often found my way to the floor called Central Park, or our stateroom, or the library. We are SO pleased we included a veranda as we enjoyed it every day. The food was good - sometimes exceptional - but always very satisfactory. Come on, they were feeding 8000 people 3 meals a day ! This is way beyond anything I can begin to imagine. When we returned to Ft. Lauderdale we were able to see them loading the ship with food for the coming week - truck upon truck loading everything one could imagine.
It was a good experience. We shall go home and tell positive stories and we shall return home and mention to our friends that JJ Kukendall was our booking agent for the cruise. Nice work, JJ.
Will we go on another cruise? Perhaps, maybe not too quickly. IF there is another cruise it will be on a smaller ship and we would someday like to visit Alaska (maybe within the next couple years).
Well JJ, I hope this is helpful. Again and again, THANK YOU for all you did to make our trip a success and memorable. We are very appreciative.

I was lucky to be part of JJ Kuykendall's bi-annual Life Group cruise again this year. We all just returned from a fantastic vacation that started in Rome and journeyed through ports and shore excursions in Italy, Greece and the Greek Isles, and Turkey. JJ set up affordable shore excursions for the group that were smaller and more intimate than the "big bus" tours offered by the cruise line. Our guides were amazing and our drivers skilled in the art of negotiating Italian and Greek traffic. From winery tours in Santorini and the beauty of Rhodes and Mykonos, to the ancient ruins of Ephesus, Athens, Pompeii, and Rome, the excursions were amazing! From a Christian perspective, we trod the ground over which the Apostles Peter and John, the Virgin Mary, and St. Paul walked. We visited ancient Ephesus, home to the Virgin Mary and the Apostle John after Jesus crucifixion, and one of Paul's most beloved churches. We toured ancient Corinth, the areopagus of Athens, and, of course, Rome and the Vatican. While there was far too much to be seen and experienced in only two weeks, with JJ's help, we were able to see and do things that have created a lifetime of lasting memories.

JJ booked us a cruise to Belize and Cozumel. We had some rain but not enough to bother. Had a great time and very relaxing which is just what we needed. JJ does a wonderful job of making it easy to plan everything. She will indeed be our agent next time and I have already recommended her to a friend that plans to take a cruise. Thanks for everything

Land portion was super. We were able to photograph Mt. McKinnley which I understand, is rare. I think that the tour buses should be replaced. They look like school buses with no-view windows. Should be normal tour buses, other than that, I highly recommend this portion. Accommodations were great. Staff was great.
Cruise portion was excellent. The captain of the Statendam went out of his way to make sure our trip was a success. We were able to see all the glaciers and ports and do all excursions as told.
Overall, my wife and I recommend this cruise vacation.

My wife and I just returned from a 7-day cruise out of Galveston to the Western Caribbian. Had a great time and because of JJ and her help, we got the perfect spot on the ship and it was as smooth as glass. It was a little warm outside, but it was August you know. Appreciated the handling of out trip and thanks for the cake we got to share with our friends. Looking forward to January 2015 for our Eastern Caribbian trip on Holland America. Can't wait. I finally convinced my family to go on our first cruise and was nervous about how to plan the whole trip. JJ made things very easy by walking me through step by step on choosing a cabin, giving lots of advice on the cruise experience and choosing excursions. The best part was getting a phone call from her every few weeks about a new special that Holland America was giving and how much more money she was saving me! I appreciated her special perks like a laundry bag for the rv part of our trip and the upgrade luncheon she treated my whole family to. She was also great about providing travel insurance at a much better price than other companies I had found. JJ makes cruising a smooth sail!
