This was our first cruise, and we couldn't be happier. Carly took care of everything including transportation by Air as well as car transfers. I'll te4ll you how good everything went. We just got back yesterday and we are booking a repositioning cruise today for September.

Mary is the best in the best! I wanted to take my daughter on a last minute Xmas trip to Paris. I just told Mary what we wanted to see and do and gave her my price range and she did the rest! Perfect 4 night holiday and we did everything we wanted to do. Our hotel was amazing, just tell Mary your price range and she will get you the best hotel for your buck! Mary also planned my honeymoon in Italy ten years ago, so I knew this trip would be fabulous!!

Best day EVER! My husband and I just came back from a trip to Thailand that Mary May put together. We had the best guides take us around Bangkok and Phuket. But the BEST day EVER was when we got to visit the Elephant sanctuary in Kanchanaburi. We got to feed the elephants, walk with the elephants, play in the mud and swim with them! We had many other wonderful experiences, hotels and met some wonderful people that I'm sure will be lifelong friends! Looking where we can go next with her!

Mary planned our trip for 15.(4 families) to Beaches Turks and Caicos. She worked many hours coordinating our trip. It was incredible from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough! I am so pleased with the personal service I have received from Mary May of Cruise Planners. After a 3 hour drive to Newark Airport from Binghamton, NY to begin an international trip to Costa Rica, I realized my passport was mistakingly left at home. With the help from a friend to retrieve it from my home, she took it to Mary’s home, Mary changed my flight to one early the following morning, and reserved a hotel room for me near the airport. Mary was going to NJ that evening for a vacation herself, but she drove 11/2 hours out of her way to hand me my passport in person. I had told her my plan to have my friend FedEx my passport to me overnight, But she was afraid it wouldn’t be delivered in time for me to make my flight. Mary went far beyond her responsibilities to her clients. I highly recommend her to plan your next vacation. She’s a gem. ????

We had planned/booked our wedding trip. Then started reading more and more bad reviews! We reached out to Mary and she quickly put us at ease. Sent us a list of wonderful resorts and her personal recommendations. She rebooked us at a different resort, got us a better deal and even bumped up to first class for the same price!! The Secrets Resort Maroma she recommended was stunning!! The room was just as it is pictured on the website, the food was to die for and the staff were so friendly!! Everything and more than we could have asked for to make our perfect dream wedding a reality! Can not wait to have Mary book our Anniversary trip. We're heading back!!

We want to Thank Mary for taking care of our Disney Dream Cruise. What started out as 5 people and 3 rooms ended up with 5 rooms and 9 of us. Even though we added rooms, Mary was still able to get us 5 rooms all in a consecutive row. One of our parties was a DVC member and Mary was even able to help her utilize her DVC points for the cruise. Throughout the entire process she kept us updated with cruise information and the ships offerings.
We had a wonderful cruise and would not hesitate to use Mary again (which we all hope will be soon).
