Lue Ann had timely responses to all of our questions. We orchestrated the efficiency of having all of our travel documents completed ahead of time so that our entry and exit out of Mexico was fast and undisrupted. We were glad she made all of the arrangements including our airport transfer. That was a time-saver! She is exceptional at what she does and found a better flight for us. YAY!
Lue Ann Koppa planned our dream vacation. We celebrated our 25th anniversary surrounded by our family on a Hawaiian cruise. The sites were breathtaking, the ship was amazing and excursions to fit everyone's needs. My husband said it was our most "error-free" vacation ever. We are so grateful.

Hi Lue Ann,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I have been pretty slammed with school and work since I have gotten back. Anyway, the trip was great, both Court and I had an excellent time. It was really nice booking through you because there was a representative at the airport to pick us up. This would have been confusing / bad situation without it because of all the people there trying to sell you time shares. The hotel was a nice hotel. Here are my pros and cons:
The pros:
I thought the hotel was nice. The room was big and nice. There is a large pool with a swim up bar, and as well as a separate adult pool / hot tub. There are also those beach huts to lie out at as well. All the drinks, room service, and restaurants were included which was great. Another great thing is labor day is during their off season so it wasn't crowded. There was plenty of activities for us to do, in which we just used Patty from apple travel to book everything. Very convenient.
The cons:
The food was hit or miss. In all honesty, the food was probably the worst part of the hotel. However, thats not to say it was terrible, but somethings were good but a lot of things were medicore or not so good. The drinks weren't very strong but certainly tasty. The hotel concierge trys to get you to go on this time share deal, and got annoyed when we didn't want to.
Overall:
I would recommend this hotel for people our age / young professionals on a budget. Although the food wasn't great, we thought the rest of the hotel was pretty good. Obviously we weren't paying top dollar so didn't expect everything to be perfect.
