My trip to Alaska was one of the best I've ever taken and most of this was because of Hollie's good advice and attention to detail.
Typically, I plan my agenda when I travel, but I would have been out of my league in Alaska. We used four modes of transportation and visited several sites/activities. Everything went as planned by Hollie, allowing us to relax and enjoy the trip. We had one question while on the trip, called Hollie late in the day and she responded promptly. Hollie booked our trip to Greece for us, and did an amazing job. All of the transfers from the airport, to hotels, to ferrys were all handled by her and everything went really smooth. Another great trip thanks to Hollie! This was our first trip out of the US and Aruba did not disappoint. Hollie helped us navigate all the Covid requirements and nuances of international travel. She even kept us apprised of changes to travel requirements during our trip which was fantastic! We could not have done it without her. Aruba was gorgeous, the food was fantastic and the people on the island were so kind. It was a great place to spend the week and celebrate the start of summer. Jackie Ireland is an amazing travel agent. She helped us not only decide on a great trip, but she made the planning and execution simple and straightforward. She had a printed itinerary of each place we were visiting, dates and times of connecting transportation, as well as vouchers for tourist attractions at each location. When our train looked like it was going to be way off schedule and there was a chance we would miss our flight home, Jackie was right there to ensure a safe arrival. She stayed in constant communication with Amtrak, as well as checked on possible changes in our flight if they were needed. What a godsend to have that kind of support and backup! We watched other travelers attempt to do all of these things on their own. It is impossible to say how glad we were to have used Jackie to do those things for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Jackie is 5 STARS!

"I emailed Jan several months ago to inquire about a vacation to the CA wine country to surprise my wife. To say I am uninformed about the areas there, and the travel process for just such a trip, is a massive understatement.
But in very short order, I could not have been in better hands. Jan and her staff set up our trip, our stops, our hotels, rental cars and air transportation, and recommended shopping, dining and activity opportunities for us at each stop (Monterey Peninsula, Napa and Sonoma Vallies, and the final 3 or so days in San Francisco). My wife and I are frequent travelers in retirement. Our experiences have been to make lodging, air schedules, ground transportation, and excursion plans ourselves. All of this can be time consuming, frustrating, and distracting from our daily "good life" activities. After giving Ms. Ireland the opportunity the plan a recent Mississippi River cruise for us, I'm about to give her "power of attorney" status to act and commit our future planning details. She has learned our likes and dislikes and knows the many particulars about the industry to get the best prices and nicest amenities. I don't care to keep up with all that information. I'd rather have conceptual discussions with Ms. Ireland and ask her to work through the details and do the follow up. I have given her authority to reach me at anytime on all my electronic devices to keep me informed or to get decisions from me and my wife about unexpected changes caused by weather, for example. We are pleased with our new personal travel planner."

It was an absolute joy to start off married life with the trip of a lifetime! We have no complaints about any part of the trip; except maybe that it was too short haha!
Many, many thanks for doing all the hard planning for us. It was so nice to not worry about a thing! All the transports to and from the airport were nice and on time or early, the hotel accommodations and staff were all wonderful as well!
The honeymoon registry was the coolest thing! We got told over and over how great of an idea that was and we received a good junk of the cost of the trip! We have told all of our friends to do the same thing!!
