I booked with Val for our first cruise vacation for our group of 15. We did not know what to expect but Valerie was kind enough to explain in detail what to expect and see in Alaska. And boy, did Alaska not disappoint. We had such a great time in the cruise. There were plenty of activities to do, lots of great food, amazing crew, and the places were just awesome. The Tauck river cruise was a great find in this difficult time. The cruise was a gastronomic and oenophile delight. The tours were geared to various levels of physical abilities and interests that covered all needs and desires. We would not have considered this line without Valeries assistance. Tauck personnel was very solicitous about health and well being. They checked on clients that did not appear for meals or tours to insure they were fed and well cared for. They offered COVID testing sufficient to return home for a modest price.
Valarie was very professional and extremely patient has she worked with us for the same cruise over a three year period.
