Debby is a great travel planner. This cruise she planned was great and I will continue to use her to book travel but Carnival was a bit lacking in their overall performance on this cruise, which is no reflection on the planner. I still had fun!

Thank you for such a great trip! everything was great and all the transfers were very easy. We landed late in Vancouver (10:45) and thought we were going to have to find a cab to the hotel but that was not the case, Princess Cruise was waiting for us( at that time it was 11:45). I was very impressed. We had time for a nice breakfast at the hotel before leaving for the ship. Princess had a desk at the hotel for any last minute things. I lost my luggage tag for Princess and they had a new one made for me. The best part of all the traveling was not having to handle the luggage after getting off the plane in Vancouver. I only wish someone could have put it on my bed for me LOL! The rooms on the ship were great right off the elevator and easy for my dad and his girlfriend to find. Also I would like to thank you for the great table at dinner, a window in the corner very private and quiet and great view. This was a trip of a life time for my sister and I and you made it very easy and enjoyable and most of all stress free! Thank You! ~~Rose
Barb and I wanted to thank you very much for making the arrangements and booking our Rhine Viking Cruise. From our pre-stay in Lucerne, until we walked back into our home the trip was everything we expected and better. Virtually nothing went awry and Viking did an excellent job with all aspects of the experience, one that we would highly recommend.

As with any place, the quality of the resort is only as good as the people that work there. These people are the best. They are sooo friendly, so nice and so very helpful. We’re back, and had a wonderful time. Still cannot get over just how large the ship was!!! Had minor delay departing Fort Lauderdale; got underway at mid-night, but had no impact on next port since following day was at sea. Food was superb. We had dinner a Sabatini’s twice, and Crown Grill once – the filet mignon was outstanding!!!! Took a little getting used to the “anytime diningâ€; once we realized that sharing a table resulted in immediate seating, it was much smoother. Never had same breakfast or dinner table-mates, so gave us opportunity to meet many others and shared interesting conversations. I gained five pounds, Sheryl only did two!!!
Our tour on Grand Turk was cancelled, but we were able to see most of same sites by taking cab into “townâ€. Old San Juan tour provided interesting overview and St Thomas tour took us to Mountain Top for superb views. We did Dune Buggy in Princess Cays; probably most adventurous experience of the cruise. Some of the dune buggies experienced mechanical problems so tour ran three hours vice two, but since we had no other plans no impact to our day.
All of the information you provided during the planning was most helpful. We are not sure what we might be doing next year, but will definitely keep you in mind for future travel planning. I have a million frequent flier miles with US Airways and our bucket list includes some European travel, Italy and the UK in particular; with airfare covered it gives us added options. Once we figure out what may be next, we will be in touch.

We had a super good cruise (we did not get sea sick from the rough waters like some other passengers did on day 1). It was a tad chilly most days, but that was out of everyone’s control. Thanks for the reasonably priced upgrade to a suite…….it was a good value for the priced we paid. The staff on the ship was well trained and very hospitality oriented. Many wonderful memories. We appreciate all you did to make this work out so well for our 52 GDG cruisers. ~~Jeff & Kathy.
I just had to say Thank You!!! The trip was wonderful and my husband and I enjoyed everything! Even the night of rough seas (some of the people from our group got a little sea-sick, it was pretty rocky but my husband and I were fine).

I never saw water so blue or clear, the people were so friendly and relaxed. I actually relaxed and slowed down-quite an accomplishment for me.

It was WONDERFUL! Very nice, clean place, people were awesome. We all had a great time... I think the upgrade was worth it; we were right on the beach, near everything... didnt really utilize the private pool-pretty much stayed on the beach which was right outside our room.. Weather was beautiful every day too :) Thank you - it was great!

We loved the ship and our cabins were in a great spot and quiet. Our sons had a ball and we enjoyed the stops in the Bahamas. The hotel was really very nice and we were able to easily get downtown for dinner etc. Getting taxis wasn't a problem either. All in all it was a wonderful trip with great memories! I told my husband I want to go on another cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary in October, so we will be in touch! Take care, Lisa
Thank's for all your hard work in putting together our cruise. We had a great time. Ship was great, I'm glad we switch to anytime dinning, it worked well for us. We had good weather the whole way. We had a terrific trip, everything went smoothly. The very best of all was your recommendations was Hector. He was so nice and helpful. He even took us to Miami Beach on Monday and matched the price we would pay taking public transportation!! He dropped us off at 11 am and picked us up at 5 pm. We gave him a hefty tip that day!

Hey Debbie,
I am back to the cold weather and wish I was back on the trip. We really had a great time. The shuttle ride was great. Luis was our driver and he had been on the cruise, so he gave us some tips for places to visit and items to eat on the ship. The cruise line says that you can bring two bags, but the shuttle instructions says one large bag, so we had a Town Car and he had to use a bungee cord to tie our bags down. When we returned on Saturday Sterling and I had the cruise line take our bags to the airport for us. There was a $20.00 fee and they also printed our boarding passes for Southwest. That way we did not have to drag our bags around until our flight came. ....All in all you did a GREAT JOB and I had a GREAT TIME. I plan on going to the Southern Caribbean next year.

We had a fantastic time. The Freedom was absolutely beautiful. As we were departing my son told us that he is ready for the Oasis!
The shuttle worked out fine. On arrival the driver was waiting for us and we got picked up in a limosine style Excursion. It was really nice. He picked us up no questions asked.
When we were leaving we had to wait a little while for the driver but that was probably because it was so crowded. That vehicle wasn't as nice as the first one but it was clean. Again no questions asked regarding payment or receipt.
Thank you very much for setting everything up for us and for the $100 per cabin credit. We will call you again in the future. Do you only do cruises?

The cruise was absolutely terrific. Great ship. No complaints...none. What was especially good was the program for Caroline, our 5 yr old. From 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. there was something for her to do under very close adult supervision if we chose. We used the program in the early evening for 2 or 3 hrs. the last 3 days.
The shuttle service was perfect. Lincoln town car...very clean inside and out. He met us early at the hotel at Disney and when we got off the ship, we called his cell # and met us within 15 minutes at the pickup zone. Good driver.
Thanks for everything in helping us with the cruise and thanks for the $100 (per cabin) on board ship credit.

Hi Debby,
We had a great cruise. The staff and food was wonderful. Little disappointed we didn't get to Belize but that was due to weather so they couldn't do anything about that.
My dad and Brian both got a piece of dessert with a candle the first night after we asked about it but the staff didn't seem to know anything about a previous order for the cake. Thanks for trying.....Overall, great cruise and we will use you again if we go again. Thanks for all you did to make it a wonderful vacation.
