Nancy did a great job helping us plan our honeymoon! My husband and I knew we wanted to go to the Caribbean, but had no idea where. Nancy took the time to send us information on numerous all-inclusive resorts and had the patience to deal with our indecisiveness! She would always return emails in a timely manner and helped us narrow down our options. In the end, we picked an all-inclusive resort at St. Maarten and Nancy provided us with our travel itinerary, information on excursions, travel insurance and a great price! We cannot wait to work with Nancy again for our next vacation!!

We wanted to thank Nancy Raymond of CruisePlanners for setting up the perfect vacation! My husband and I travelled with a large group to Cancun Mexico in February. We stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa all-inclusive resort for six days. Nancy arranged everything for us, air, hotel, transportation and some excursions we wished to do during our trip. We didn’t have to do anything but show up! It was perfect! The hotel she recommended was amazing, we can’t say enough about the service and the food. Nancy found out that our original hotel had scheduled some construction for the week of our trip and she promptly found us an alternative hotel, so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced. She kept us informed of all plans and any changes to the itinerary. Communication was always prompt and professional. My husband and I can’t wait until our next vacation, and we plan on calling on Nancy to set it all up for us!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Nancy. My husband and I weren't sure what we really wanted in a vacation (other then relaxation without the kids) so we really relied in Nancy and her expertise to lead the way. She was able to guide us to a beautiful location that truly took our breath away. Even when we ran into a few small issues with the resort Nancy went above and beyond to get everything resolved. We will definitely be using Nancy again in the future!

I used Cruise Planners-Seas the Moment Travel for my December vacation this year, and it was a breeze! From start to finish they made everything so easy! I work a lot, so it’s hard for me to find the time to sit down and really plan things out. Nancy helped with my hotel and air reservations, brought me my travel documents, emailed me when payments were due, and even sent me a thank you note, which was there when I arrived home. She also sent me along some information about restaurants in the area in the case that we decided to leave the all-inclusive resort. I knew I could call her if anything came up, but I happy to say that it didn’t. Both my vacation and the vacation planning were wonderful, I have recommended them to several people already, and will continue to use their services in the future. Thank you so much for a stress-less experience!
