Pammy, we had a really good time in Alaska; climbed the mountain on a train to see the route of the miners looking for gold in Skagway, watched the whales from a boat in Juneau and saw the glaciers, watched the lumberjacks as they demonstrated their prowess at lumberjacking at Ketchikan. My recommendation is was very not to eat at the closest place(Crab & Go)as the service is terrible and the crab was very expensive($309.00 for four legs) at least it was Alaska King crab. Now on to the accommodations on board the ship. We were in cabin 8147 right under the Lido deck. Never want to be at that location again as it was very noisy and very cold even after we had the ship check and supposedly repair the A/C. At night when we would get to bed, around 10 or 11, the moving of chairs and tables and people jumping up and down was tremendous. This trip was a bucket list thing and worth it through all the discomfort and inconvenience. I must say the people of Alaska were very friendly and sociable, kind and considerate and the temperature was perfect for our travels.

Without Pammy, we would have booked an inside cabin or one with a partial view. Instead, we loved and took advantage of an aft verandah on our cruise! Pammy also maximized our perks and credits, and gave some advice for excursions. We will definitely use Pammy's services again.

As planned it was a great cruise for our young adults. Lots of others their age . They had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed them telling stories of their late night fun. Our Days spent by the pool and taking part in many games. Food had improved from last R.C. Cruise as well.

Pammy ALWAYS takes care of me, my friends and family. I started cruising 8 years ago when I retired. A friend recommended Pammy to us. Now, several of our friends use her and my son plans to contact her soon. She always looks out for our best interest and answers all questions no matter how crazy they may be. We had a super time onbozrd the Mardi Gras and the staff were so very helpful and gracious, Edzel with the room service, Rai and Mustafia for dining were excellent . The ship itself was gorgeousand provided so much activity that was easy to find. We would definitely like another trip on the Mardi Gras.
We signed up close to sailing time, and Pammy apologized for having us in a cabin close to the stern. It was not a problem, smooth and quiet sailing!
We had a great time on our Royal Caribbean cruise!

Pammy was very helpful in planning every step of our cruise. She found good deals and upgrades for us. She patiently and quickly answered all our questions. She was also available for emergency help and advice when our flight was (temporarily) cancelled at the last minute.

The service onboard was fantastic! The wonderful pricing Pammy was able to get us made the trip that much nicer. The Jeeps through the jungle excursion was terrific!
I have now sailed with Pammy twice. All I can say is she treats everyone as if she has known them for years. She brings people who never met before together and shows them how to have a fun time. When something is not right within the booking process, she is right there to fix it immediately.

Pammy Tyler, my Cruise Planner, made booking the cruise and flights, for our trip to the Galapagos, very easy. With the land package she recommended, Celebrity’s staff took care of us from the airport in Quito, to our hotel, to our flight to Baltra, onto the ship, throughout the Cruise and back to hotel in Quito and back to the airport. This was one of the best trips I have ever taken and I have taken some very nice trips before!
Margie is the best Travel Agent I have worked with! She is hard working & dedicated to her customers. She pleasantly takes care of all my requests and in a timely matter which I know is a huge challenge since Covid. Margie is my #1 for my vacation needs!!

We just returned from our New England and Canada cruise. We would highly recommend it to everyone. We loved the idea that every day (except for one) was in a new port. The one sea day was close to the end of the cruise which provided a greatly needed rest. Pammy was great to work with. She helped with everything we asked her to help with. Pammy Tyler set up a great vacation for us to Costa Rica. It almost didn't work out as the airline cancelled our connecting flight less than two days before our departures. She was able to rebook our flights for eleven people in that short time. She also convinced the airline to comp rooms for all of us in the connecting city.

Where do I begin to say Thank you and praise Pammy for creating great memories, 2 trips of a lifetime and meeting new friends! I went on a Grecian trip and had great fun, met many wonderful people, and went on some out of the ordinary tours that Pammy had created for our group!

I have been using Pammy as my agent since 2007. The best thing about Pammy is her accessibilty. I think she must never EVER sleep. She is always so quick to respond! When we decided on a destination wedding, I knew Pammy was the travel agent to help our crazy friends & family with their arrangements. I found Pammy after sending out mass emails to on-line travel agencies. I ended up choosing Pammy for
two reasons. The first was that I thought from her picture she looked like a nice person, which she is and the second reason was that out of all the emails I had sent she was the only one to respond with any kind of personal note. In that email she stated that she would always work hard for us as her clients. It has been six years since that first email and she has remained true to her word. I have lost count of the times she has gone above and beyond the call of duty! Pam has planned a number of cruises for Louise and me. I was reluctant to turn this kind of planning over to anyone but Pam proved very quickly that she could take care of every detail or any arrangements always keeping in mind just what Louise and I would need. I've never had anything to complain about with any of the arrangements that she has made for us on any of the trips that she planned. Even during the cruises, Pam is at work thinking of ways that she can help make our trip better. We had to use a wheelchair for Louise to tour The Vatican Museum and since she had been there before, she came with us and handled the wheelchair so that I could have a better experience through the museum. She quickly gets a feel of what is needed and moves everything in that direction for all her people on the cruise.
