Phil and I cannot thank you enough for the fabulous trip you planned for us in France. We could not have had a better time. The guides were wonderful - friendly and knowledgeable. The passes to get into the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower were such a luxury put saved so much time. Out tours to the Loire Valley, Normandy, Giverney and Versaille were incredible.
Going on the dinner cruise on the Seine out last night capped off a perfect trip. The hotel was very nice. It was just what we wanted and near so many sites.

As you know, we are home from our wonderful Riviera cruise. We want to thank you for your assistance in securing our air arrangements. Both were completely satisfactory, once we got over the hurdle of the correct spelling/booking number on Peter's Barcelona/Toronto flight.
We also very much enjoyed the alternate restaurants that you reserved for us. We particularly enjoyed Polo....were less enchanted with Jacques surprisingly, but might have been an off night.
And finally, just FYI if you have not heard from Paula and Carol, our transfers worked out extremely well. Paula, Peter and I were easily able to secure a vehicle at the Miami airport that did a detour to a Winn Dixie for a few supplies, at a reasonable cost. And the Barcelona private transfer was a breeze. We disembarked the ship at 7:30, we walked out of the terminal and found loads of taxis, which fit all 4 of us and our bags, and charged the flat rate of 39 euros. We were at the airport in under a half hour and in the Air Canada Rouge line-up before they even opened up the desk.
Thank you again for your assistance. We will certainly be very happy to recommend you to any of our friends who are looking for a U.S.-based travel agent.

we got back almost 2 weeks ago and i haven’t had time to touch base with you
it’s been busy!!!
daughter in from CA-then up to ny for a bday party then following weekend a wedding-it’s been non-stop
finally trying to get caught up!!!
our trip was wonderful
very different than i expected!!!!
yet all good
the planning was great
3 days in the city-a day in the country-2 days in the city-a day in the country-that worked out fabulous
we did a lot without rushing all around
first day was cold and damp-some sun and mostly cloudy-so the hop on and off boat and bus worked out great
the rest of the week got warmer and warmer-sun everyday-thank goodness!!!!!
the dinner cruise was the highlight of the trip-fabulous-elegant-great service-great food and drinks-eiffel tower and river was absolutely beautiful and it was perfect weather!
the eiffel tower lunch was also very special-glad we went for lunch as the view was spectacular and nice we got to see both-day and night
great recommendations!!! thank you thank you thank you!!!
castle and wine tour was nice-the one of the tour guides made it very interesting and fun-bus ride was relaxing-i loved the chicken lunch-tasted just like my mom used to make-lol and since it was the third day in france i was happy to have a home cooked meal-i wasn’t a huge fan of the french food the first two days-not what i expected although it got better as the week went on-river boat and eiffel tower was very good food
we went to angelina’s for breakfast-that was delicious
went to montmartre on day 2 and walking back down the hill we found an italian deli and i was very happy-lol-i actually missed italian food
we bought wine and goodies and hung out at the tullieries-great people watching spot and very pretty
we walked a lot-need to walk after eating all those pastries and goodies
museums were wonderful
i loved giverney-that also was one of my favorites of the trip-the lunch on that tour was good and the setting was outside on the grass-wrought iron furniture-very lovely-i wish i had saved my shopping for giverney-i loved their gift shop
i wasn’t a big fan of versailles-yet it was the day before we left and maybe i had seen enough-lol-the tour guide wasn’t that informative as the first tour.
we went to a couple of other very french restaurants-very interesting and good
everyone was friendly-we met lots of nice people
went to the isle of st louis and i loved it-cute shops-cafes-very quaint-that is how i imagined france to be-lol
hotel-i got the room you had with the garden-although it was too chilly to sit out in the am or when we got back in the afternoon- we were happy it didn’t rain-we were able to sit out in the garden 2 late afternoons when we returned-we shut the umbrella and moved it so we could get some light into the room-that made things a bit better-hotel staff was excellent, informative and friendly-the location was excellent
flights were all good and on time-when we landed in philly we went out for italian food-i guess i am an italian at heart!!! lol

I just wanted to thank you for your help in planning our trip to London and Paris! We had a fantastic time -- and everything you booked for us was just outstanding! (I apologize for not sending this sooner! Started it right when we got back...but then got side-tracked with back to school activities.)
Susan in Bath was fantastic and the train out to Bath worked out great. And -- we loved the Harry Potter trip! When we got to Paris -- it was just one excellent experience to the next. Fabian (sp?) who picked us up at the train station in Paris was marvelous -- and the car tour was perfect. We saw the highlights of Paris -- and Fabian made a few other perfect stops (for macaroons, etc.!) -- that were just great. We loved the Hilton Paris Opera. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great!
The trip to Normandy with Sal was also fantastic. He was the perfect guide -- and so well-informed not just about Normandy but so many other things as well. It was an outstanding day. Then...the tour of the Louvre was also absolutely perfect. We saw the highlights...learned a lot and enjoyed every minute! The highlight of the trip may have been the dinner cruise! Thank you so much for suggesting it -- we had an amazing time! Everything about it was perfect!
Thanks again for everything! We couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience! Hope you had a great trip as well. We are still hoping to visit Austria next summer so I will be in touch as it gets closer.
