We were totally pleased with our recent trip to Edinburgh, Scotland and London, England. Caryn spent a lot of time getting a sense of what type of trip we had in mind, and the types of activities that would be most enjoyable to us. She provided us with multiple options, from walking tours to all-day excursions, and we absolutely loved all the options that we chose. We were also very happy with our hotel, which had beautiful, spacious rooms and was conveniently located near restaurants and historic areas.

This was our first cruise. Caryn was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about cruising as well as some great advise for us. She was very quick to respond and answered our many questions and concerns in detail. The trip/cruise was a lot of fun. It was the perfect trip for us and for our first one. The advice Caryn gave us based on our desires were perfect. For example, she suggested doing the 7-day Bermuda cruise rather than the 5-day. Great call. We sailed on Celebrity Summit and were really impressed with the ship and the crew. Caryn booked really nice rooms for us. Unlike the majority of hotels, when in our room, surprisingly, we could not hear anyone in the surrounding rooms. The food was good, the shows were fantastic. There was plenty to do on the ship and we rarely felt crowded. The pools were a little small, but we found we really didn't even need them - there were so many other fun opportunities. Bermuda was great (aside from the cloudy days and rain), and the excursions we booked through Cruise Planners were very well done.

Oceania Cruises left an indelible impression on my husband and I. We cruised on over 18 cruises with different cruise lines and would NEVER choose anything but Oceania> Everything from embarking, beauty of the ship. exquisite cuisine, beautiful restaurants, lovely staterooms with large bathrooms, incredible knowledgeable, polite staff, superb excursions with guides and new comfortable buses for transportation. Even included was a staff member to accompany the group which added a sence of safety and security. For a small ship we were more than satisfied with the varied entertainment. WE LOVED OCEANIA!

Just got back from a 7 day cruise on the Oasis of the Seas. It was perfect- Caryn arranged everything, from pickup at the airport to dinner reservations, paperwork , and anything and everything in between. She booked the cruise, handled all of the documents, got us every discount available and updated us almost daily, handling everything. When we got to our suite, there was wine and macaroons!!! I've known Caryn for almost a year now and just recently booked a trip with her for a weekend getaway. I had looked at hotels online and decided to give her a call to see what she would recommend. As it turned out, the hotel I was looking at wasn't rated very well by fellow travelers and Caryn took the time to recommend 3 different hotels within the same price range and that had a better rating among its previous clients. She stated she would book the hotel I asked for if I really wanted, but she recommended I look around. After booking a (different and nicer looking) hotel, At a very reasonable price, she was also able to find show tickets that I was looking to obtain and created a "package" for this getaway. I had already made my arrangement for transportation for the weekend but Caryn was quick and efficient in planning the rest of my weekend getaway; in the process saving me time and money. I highly recommend Caryn for her efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism and look forward to using her again in the future to plan my vacations.l
