The cruise with my high school reunion was a blast. Well organized by Lesia and great food.
The down side was with Royal Carribean Cruise line. I loved the staff, however, the cruise line was pushy when we boarded to sign up for specialty meals, and the drinks were expensive and light on the booze. The art auction was confusing, and after I purchased some paintings, they "tried" to pull a bait and switch. It felt to me as if the cruise line is very pleasant at "nickle and diming" the passengers.
I would take a different cruise line in the future.
As we approach our final full day in Europe today, I am giving thanks for so much. We have one more day and night in Barcelona and then begin our journey home. The very top thing that has made this trip so incredible is our travel agent Lesia Tyo! In the beginning planning stages when we were trying to plan this trip ourselves, we realized that we needed someone to guide us in this trip of a lifetime. Lesia spent an hour of her time on the phone with us before hand helping us decide on and plan our dream honeymoon on our own budget - and then spent endless hours assisting us in creating this trip and also helping us along the journey. This trip has been one of the smoothest trips I've ever taken and the information she prepped us with beforehand was a lifesaver as we've made our way through this amazing area of the world. She has tailored this trip so perfectly to us and what we wanted - from every hotel, train ride and area we've stayed in has been nothing short of perfection. We are eternally grateful for her expertise and experience and will be consulting and using her for all our future travel. Our non- profit social club has taken a cruise every year since 2005. With the exception of all but 3 of those years we have relied on Lesia Tyo as our travel agent. Obviously we learned after a few attempts of dealing with other travel agents, we had the best of the best with Lesia. Lesia is responsive and will talk to you honestly about the trip you have planned to make sure it is the exact destination that is right for you. Our club relies heavily on her opinion of where we go based on her first hand knowledge of not just the cruise industry but the ports of call. The trip was absolutely fantastic! We’re glad you recommended Princess Cruises. Everything went smoothly from arrival at the port in Seattle to disembarkation in Seattle. We had a wonderful time and met a couple from PA who I’m sure we’ll remain in touch with. We would recommend Princess to our friends and of course, you. The one thing we didn’t like was …. It went too quickly.

My wife and I wanted to tour Europe and worked with Lesia at Cruise Planners to set up the tour. It was a tailored tour with stops in Holland, Germany, Switzerland, France and England. Lesia made all the necessary reservations and provided a very detailed book with itinerary for our flights, hotels, trains and tours all very nicely laid out and organized. She worked with us through several iterations and variations before coming to what we believe to be our perfect Europe tour. She was very attentive to our needs and always available when we had questions. The tour was fantastic and everything went off without a hitch.
