Very knowledgeable about Alaska. We didn't pay a penny more to book with her vs the cruise line and she was easier to reach and spent time talking to us while the cruise line reservation agents just wanted to book us and move on to the next client. We discussed various Alaska travel options so we could decide what approach worked for us and she gave rough estimates before we decided on which path to move forward on and then we received exact quotes along with deposit and final payment and promotional information before making the deposit payment. Deborah warned me away from a cruise ship but my friends said it was great so I told Deborah to go ahead and book the cruise anyway. I should have listened to Deborah and gone with Celebrity for the same money vs what I booked. She was right - food quality has declined, service was spotty, and they have administrative issues. Boot the cruise line. Keep the travel agent. Listen to Deborah.
Hi Deb: I wanted to take a moment to thank you for our amazing European experience...I wouldn't characterize it as just a "trip" or "vacation"....it was truly a memorable experience and we appreciate all your hard work and diligence in working with us to put it all together. From Rome to Aix-en-Provence to Paris to London...it was all magical. The transportation you arranged for our car in Aix, train to Paris and Chunnel to London was precise and seamless. Our private drivers were always right there waiting for us wherever we landed and were pleasant and helpful. Our hotels were wonderful...even the Danube which I insisted on in Paris grew to our liking despite its micro-size. Next time we would upgrade to a larger room which were lovely...the staff is upgrading and refreshing the hotel so we would probably stay there again because of its charm and location. Aix has my heart still...so peaceful, elegant and inspiring. We drove to Gordes in the Vaucluse region...such a beautiful hilltop village dripping with charm. A must see. Our favorite hotel was the Hotel Grand Roi Rene in Aix....modern decor but the feel of quaint and cozy...the staff was amazing and we loved everything about it...less then a 10 minute walk to the Cours Maribeau....and, of course, Cezanne, Hugo, Zola and countless others.

First, thank you for the welcome gifts on the cruise. It was a perfect way to start our Alaska cruise. Thank you for meticulous handling of the details of our cruise, land travel and excursions. Alaska was breathtaking. While I went for the wildlife, it was certainly the landscape that captured us. The Juneau whale watching was marvelous. The Princess staff are strikingly unaware of any excursion that is not a Princess excursion, and we were amazed when we called you with our "emergency" and you told me why things were happening and got us to our excursion leader. We did see bald eagles and salmon spawning and enjoyed the guide. It was excellent; very organized; very informative. The snorkeling in Ketchikan was something we will never forget and the smaller tour was just right. Although the water temperature was about 60 degrees, we were completely comfortable in the wetsuits. Our family will use you for our next trip...this time to Australia.- Gregory V.
